However, that does not mean that we do not have players putting in work and preparing for the season in private workouts. Several prospects put in work over the past few weeks at performance camps at colleges around the country. We are going to highlight several prospects putting the work in in the lab.
Tayshawn Edwards Tayshawn Edwards 5'9" | 155 lbs | WR Warren | 2027 State AR -Wide Receiver-Warren-2027
Tayshawn Edwards Tayshawn Edwards 5'9" | 155 lbs | WR Warren | 2027 State AR is a prospect that has already earned a scholarship offer from the Ole Miss Rebels. He does an excellent job of using his speed to create separation from opposing defensive backs. Edwards has good hands, and he can haul in any pass that is thrown in his direction. The talented Warren wide out put in some work at the Louisiana Tech camp over the weekend. Edwards is a player to watch out for over the next couple of seasons.

The Parkview wide receiver is constantly working to perfect his game. Kyrick Fulks Kyrick Fulks 6'1" | 185 lbs | WR Little Rock Parkview | 2026 AR is a player that works in practice and in camps to perfect details in his game. Over the weekend, Fulks had the opportunity to put in some work with former Arkansas Razorback J.J. Meadors. Fulks has impressive route running ability and good speed. The combination of the speed and route running helps him escape opposing defenders. Keep an eye on the talented Parkview receiver over the next few seasons. He has the potential to do big things over the next couple of seasons.

Michael Hayes Michael Hayes 5'10" | 155 lbs | DB Joe T. Robinson | 2025 State AR is not slowing down one bit in the dead period. He is a cornerback that does a great job of altering the routes run by the opposing wide receiver. Hayes is not afraid to get aggressive with opposing wide outs. He uses his hands well and does a good job of playing the ball while it is in the air. Hayes had the opportunity to put in some work at the Arkansas State camp over the weekend. Hayes is setting the stage for an impressive 2023 season.
Greyson Ealy Greyson Ealy 6'1" | 175 lbs | WR Quitman | 2024 State AR -Wide Receiver-Quitman-2024
The Quitman wide receiver is a smooth route runner that does a great job creating separation from opposing defensive backs. Ealy’s speed can be game changing. Earlier in the year, Ealy ran 4.34 forty-yard dash time. Over the weekend, Ealy put in some work in Arkadelphia at the Henderson State camp. He opened plenty of eyes in the process and earned a scholarship offer from the Henderson State coaching staff. I expect Ealy to have a big senior season this season.

The class of 2027 is loaded with talented prospects that are not afraid of putting some extra work in over the offseason. Galloway is a crisp route runner with good hands. He has a knack for hauling in difficult receptions and making them look easy. Galloway is another wide receiver that put in work with former Razorback J.J. Meadors over the weekend. Pulaski Academy always has talent coming up through the ranks and Galloway fits that description perfectly. He has the potential to do big things over the next few seasons.

Marquez Brentley Jr. Marquez Brentley Jr. 5'10" | 160 lbs | WR Pine Bluff | 2024 State AR is an extremely versatile prospect. He can line up all over the field for the Pine Bluff Zebras this season. On the defensive side of the ball, Brentley Jr. is a cornerback that uses his hands well to jam opposing wide receivers. He does an impressive job of playing the ball while it is in the air. Brentley Jr. is not afraid to deliver a hit and step up to bring down the ball carrier. He has the potential to play at the next level and it comes as no surprise he was putting in work with his teammates on the first day of the dead period.
