2024 6’4 215 TE/DE – Brooks Mauk Brooks Mauk 6'4" | 215 lbs | TE Weddington | 2024 State NC – Weddington
Brooks Mauk Brooks Mauk 6'4" | 215 lbs | TE Weddington | 2024 State NC is absolutely one of the most well-rounded uncommitted recruits remaining in the state of North Carolina. His ability to play two-ways makes him one of the most productive overall players on Weddington’s roster, and his excellent blocking drastically improves Weddington’s rush attack. He’s most efficient in the receiving game, where he hauled in an average of 9.8 yards per reception. Defensively, Mauk racked up 24 total tackles and 1.5 sacks last season, and my prediction is that he will double those numbers in 2023. There are very few uncommitted payers in North Carolina who’re as efficient on both sides of the ball as Brooks Mauk Brooks Mauk 6'4" | 215 lbs | TE Weddington | 2024 State NC of Weddington.

2024 6’3 185 WR – Keenan Jackson Keenan Jackson 6'3" | 190 lbs | WR Weddington | 2024 State NC – Weddington
3 star wide receiver Keenan Jackson Keenan Jackson 6'3" | 190 lbs | WR Weddington | 2024 State NC is already about as decorated of a pass catcher that you can be by his age. He is a 2x All-Conference WR selection, and he is also a 2x member of the All-County team. Jackson hauled-in more than 700 yards receiving in 2023, and he added 7 total TDs to go along with them. He’s the type of pass catcher that is phenomenal at finishing his routes which leads to a lot of catches in the open field. Jackson already possesses 15 D1 offers, but he recently nailed down his top 6 schools to: UNC, Duke, NC State, App State, Virginia Tech, and Maryland. He’s most definitely a power five conference caliber player, and he will make a huge impact on whichever program that he attends.

2024 6’3 235 TE/DE – Jaden Butler Jaden Butler 6'4" | 240 lbs | DL Riverside | 2024 State NC – Riverside
Jaden Butler Jaden Butler 6'4" | 240 lbs | DL Riverside | 2024 State NC is one of the most exciting players to watch in the state, regardless of commitment status or class level, and the fact that he has yet to sign means that one lucky power five conference program will be landing a very special player quite soon. Butler can do it all on both sides of the ball, and he’s a mismatch for the majority of his opposition both ways. He leads by example on the football field, and he makes his statements by creating big time moments for his team. He amassed 68 tackles, 1 forced fumble, 1 int, and 7 sacks in 2023, so it’s abundantly clear that he puts forth maximum effort on every snap. Offensively, he has added 5 TDs and 471 yards in his receiving career, and each time he runs a route he does so with precision and speed. Jaden Butler Jaden Butler 6'4" | 240 lbs | DL Riverside | 2024 State NC is one of the most active overall players in the 2024 class, therefore there’s zero doubt in my mind that he should be playing D1 power five conference football next Fall.

2024 6’3 225 TE – Mason Powell – Northwood
Mason Powell is a phenomenal overall athlete who thrives in sports across the board. He was recently named Captain of his Northwood squad, and he also accepted All-Conference honors as a result of his impeccable performance last season. During the offseason, Powell also thrives on the lacrosse field. He’s a decorated athlete with a ton of character, grit, and leadership ability. You’d be hard pressed to find a player that galvanizes his team like Mason Powell does, and, I believe we’ll see the fruits of his labor blossom this Fall with a winning season. Scouts in North Carolina must know his name, and, if your school has a lacrosse program, I believe he has what it takes to play multiple sports at the next level.
2024 6’0 175 WR/RB/DB – Isaiah Crumpler – DH Conley
With over 1,000 all-purpose yards and 8 total TDs in 2023, it’s safe to say that Isaiah Crumpler completely dominated his competition last Fall. He’s one of the first players to every receive three position designations on their profile breakdown, however, it is incredibly necessary to do so with Crumpler because he’s just that versatile. From return man to defensive back to running back, it truly doesn’t matter where you put Crumpler at this level because, on offense or defense, he’s going to win his matchup. There’s a very good reason that elite programs such as Rutgers, NCCU, Citadel, and others have already offered him. Isaiah Crumpler is a next level player that every school should want to represent them, and he’s certainly one of the most coveted recruits left that is uncommitted.
