Strong gap-occupying lineman who is impossible to move off the point. Flashes quickness off the snap, effectively uses his hands, and plays through the whistle. Clogs the middle of the line and takes on double-team blocks to allow teammates to make plays on the ball. Shows a lot of strength in his lower body, collapses the pocket, and bull rushes opponents off the line.
Donald is a constant presence in opposing backfields. Fires off the snap with an explosive first step, plays with excellent pad level, and gets leverage on opponents. Moves relatively well and gets momentum going up the field. Displays good change-of-direction ability, chases the action hard, and works to make plays. Resilient, holds his ground against double-team blocks, and is impossible to move off the point. Agile with the ability to slide off blocks and get to the action.

Quick, explosive 3-technique defensive lineman who fires off the snap with an outstanding first step and plays with proper pad level. Fluid if asked to twist or stunt, displays an array of moves protecting himself, and nicely redirects to the action. Stays with assignments and works hard to make plays.
