Jack Burke Jack Burke 6'2" | 185 lbs | WR Corner Canyon | 2024 State UT || WR || 6’2 || 185 || Skyridge High School || 2024
Burke does a great job of tricking defensive backs into thinking he’s running a short route before he plants his foot in the ground and explodes upfield. He quickly gets in and out of his breaks to create separation play after play. Burke excels at making back shoulder grabs and makes good adjustments to bring in tough catches. He’s a great teammate who relishes opportunities to block defensive backs and open up rushing lanes for his teammates on the outside.
Christian Nunez Christian Nunez 6'3" | 185 lbs | WR Morgan | 2024 State UT || WR || 6’3 || 185 || Morgan High School || 2024
Nunez has been turning heads at camp all off-season. His textbook releases make it hard for defensive backs to jam at the line. Nunez is a shifty route runner who repeatedly shakes corners, trying to cover him. He can win at all three levels and fights for every ball thrown. Nunez is an elite athlete who can go by defenders or out-jump them to bring in passes. He can make contested grabs even while being interfered with. Nunez should be in for a memorable senior year with more than a few highlight-worthy grabs.
D’Angelo Mayes D’Angelo Mayes 6'2" | 170 lbs | WR Syracuse | 2024 State UT || WR || 6’2 || 170 || Syracuse High School || 2024
Mayes makes defenses pay every time they only assign a single defensive back to his side. His long strides help him separate from defensive backs, and he excels at tracking the ball. Mayes is tough to tackle in the open field, where he runs through arm tackles. He does a great job following his blockers in the receiver screen game. He quickly reacts to defensive backs closing in on him after the catch and can make quick cuts to make them miss. Mayes’ impressive catch radius makes him a quarterback’s best friend, and he should be a huge part of the Titans success in 2023.
Sam Bischoff Sam Bischoff 6'1" | 170 lbs | WR Wasatch | 2024 State UT || WR || 6’0 || 165 || Wasatch High School || 2024
Bischoff is tough to tackle on the open field. He only stops his feet once he hears the whistle and can drag defenders with him for extra yards. Bischoff can go through or around defensive backs. He’s got exceptional hands and the extraordinary breakaway speed that helps him separate after the cath. Bischoff is fearless over the middle of the field and can hold on to catches even after getting popped by linebackers. His concentration is impressive and helps him make tough catches. Bischoff can win lining up inside or outside and will be critical to the Wasp’s offense this fall.
