Spring Football- South Panola, West Point, Louisville

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>There were a few teams that were able to get out there and play some football today. They didn't let the weather bother them. It was a great day for some good football. Let's check it out.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>South Panola</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>South Panola is looking to do some big things this season. Last year, South Panola had a new head coach. They were getting adjusted to a new scheme. This season is going to be a good one for the Tigers. Julian Pope is a four-star that a lot of schools are after. He will see the ball a lot. They also have [player_tooltip player_id='346336' first='Michael' last='Johnson'] returning. He has been picking up a lot of offers to play wide receiver. Him and Pope are going to have some fun with their offense this season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>West Point</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>West Point has been very consistent over the years. They are true to running the football and playing good defense. They have some good players returning this season. [player_tooltip player_id='344052' first='Kahnen' last='Daniels'] is going to be holding down the offense. He is currently committed to Florida. Zayvian Lowery is returning this season as well. He is a interior defensive lineman that is. [player_tooltip player_id='503391' first='Coledan' last='Carter'] is a guy they will have returning from the secondary. [player_tooltip player_id='652987' first='Bryson' last='Wells'] will be holding down the linebacker core. He is a guy that should see his stock rise soon.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Louisville </strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Powercats are back out looking to hunt again. Xavier Hunt is going to be leading their offense. Kam Triplett is going to have a breakout season at receiver. This offense is back loaded again. Jykevious Goss will be back bringing swagger to the football field. They are returning their whole offensive line.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Their defense is going to bring some pain next season once again. They only lost three seniors. Semaj Knowles and Kenneth Hill will be leading their secondary. Corxavier Coleman is a two year starting 2025 linebacker that will be back. Tayquonn McKinney and Jacari Owens are going to be back as well. These guys are some beasts. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
