Long Beach Poly receiver Jordan Malauulu Jordan Malauulu 5’11” | 170 lbs | WR Long Beach Poly | 2024 State CA announced his commitment to Fresno State early this month.
Malau’ulu caught 24 passes for 492 yards with five touchdowns as a junior for Poly last season.
He chose Fresno State over Pittsburgh, UNLV and Weber State who also offered him.
Malau’ulu is the second player from California in Fresno State’s 2024 recruiting class, joining Asiata Auckland Asiata Auckland 6’3″ | 240 lbs | DL Sutter | 2024 State CA .
Laguna Beach tight end Ryner Swanson Ryner Swanson 6’4″ | 240 lbs | TE Laguna Beach | 2024 State CA announced his top five schools this week.
The 6-foot-4 tight end named BYU, Oregon, Texas, Texas A&M and Utah as his final five.
Swanson was named an MVP at the National Preps Showcase last weekend. He caught 83 passes for 952 yards with 12 touchdowns last season and helped lead Laguna Beach to its first CIF championship in over 70 years.

El Dorado offensive lineman Mitchell Jones Mitchell Jones 6’3″ | 290 lbs | OL El Dorado | 2024 State CA picked up a pair of offers last week.
Columbia and Air Force offered the 6-foot-3 offensive lineman. He recently visited the Northern California schools including San Jose State, Sacramento State, Cal Poly, UC Davis and Fresno State.
Mater Dei defensive back Chuck McDonald III Chuck McDonald III 6’1″ | 180 lbs | DB Mater Dei | 2025 State CA picked up two major offers over the last two weeks.
Auburn and Michigan both offered the class of 2025 defensive back.
McDonald had a very strong showing at the Under Armour Next All-American Camp and also got good reviews at Mater Dei’s college showcase.
