They started their season in a very tough manner, losing three straight to Northern Lehigh, Palmerton, and Marian Catholic including two in blowout fashion. After that, they would win five straight and seven of their next eight games. Their season would come to an end unfortunately with back-to-back losses to Executive Education Academy Charter School and Northampton.

2023 Season Outlook
Catasaqua does lose a few key players but they return so much talent from last year’s teams. I’m especially excited to see what Jyzaiah Bonilla could do after a nice 600-yard campaign last fall. At wide receiver, Ian Juica is also very intriguing 451 yards and seven touchdowns. 2024 linebacker Christian Beller Jr is a legitimate college talent on the defensive side of the ball, he had a team-high 180 tackles last year including 18.0. If their defense can perform to the level they did last season, allowing under 18 points per game, this offense should have a chance to put up big numbers as long as they figure out their quarterback spot.
