Levi Kautzman Levi Kautzman 6'1" | 255 lbs | OL Griggs-Midkota | 2025 State ND , OL, Griggs-Midkota (2025) Twitter
- Levi was an interesting offensive line prospect from Griggs-Midkota who I believe is the first prospect on our lists from the Titans program as Levi checks in as our #4 ranked offensive linemen in North Dakota.
- I said Levi’s tape was interesting due to the fact, it took me a couple times thru the first 30 seconds to find him on tape, but once I was able to find him, man did I realize how much of a hidden gem this young man is. He is extremely physical within his punch and might have development potential in his footwork in the coming years, but the consistency of the mean-streak this kid has shown off along with his finishing ability was extremely intriguing as a small-town Saturday’s prospect.
- Another skillset I liked about Levi is his reactive instinct he has on tape, as his vision makes solid identification with balanced pad-level with his hands and shows off quick steps to the defender when he comes in blind as he switches his launching angle to the ball.
Brevin Wark Brevin Wark 6'0" | 175 lbs | QB Fargo South | 2025 State ND , QB, Fargo South (2025) Twitter
- Brevin is a QB prospect that got on my radar later in the 2025 rankings process, however the top 35 overall prospect in the 2025 class, showed off very light yet intriguing upside, as he’s probably one year away to becoming the Bruins QB1.
- His quick release is one the biggest skillsets that popped out on his early tape and it’s especially intriguing how well he does it throwing from the run as he has some smooth throwing mechanics that are shown on short and intermediate routes.
- Being that he is an undersized 5’11 170 pound quarterback, Brevin also has some solid athletic skillsets that can stretch the field with his agility within his legs outside of the pocket.
Jake Thompson Jake Thompson 6'2" | 180 lbs | WR Central Cass | 2025 State ND , WR, Central Cass (2025) Twitter
- Jake was a 6’2 170 pound wide receiver that checked into our rankings inside the top 40 overall and WR8 amongst the North Dakota 2025 class.
- Jake is a wide receiver prospect that’s best football is right ahead of him headed into his junior year, as he shows off an extremely fluid burst off the snap that just accelerates well and could utilize the ongoing jolt into the 2nd-3rd level of the field on the deep level as far as his development goes.
- He also shows off solid instincts with his ability to catch and go with a smooth base when bringing the football to his chest to extend the run. With how electric this young man’s overall speed is, do not be surprised to see him as an early pick for a stockriser in the 2025 class by the next rankings update.
Rocco Sand Rocco Sand 6'2" | 175 lbs | WR Tri-State | 2025 State ND , WR, Tri-State (2025) Twitter
- Rocco was a wide receiver that was light on the tape, however what he put out on tape was really impressive as WR7 in the state of North Dakota’s 2025 class.
- This kid needs only a small window to catch the ball into, as Rocco has extremely solid balance within his route running ability especially when the ball is on line with his route as this kid has some smooth skillsets.
- Rocco is certainly a wide receiver you let him utilize his play-making ability to its full extent, as this young man is a sleeper in this 2025 class coming out of Tri-State that already has the athletic ability, just needs to put together more reps on tape in 2023.
Skye Halvorson Skye Halvorson LB St John | 2025 State ND , LB, St. John (2025) Tape
- This isn’t the first time we have scouted defensive prospects from the St. John Woodchucks, as it looks like Skye Halvorson Skye Halvorson LB St John | 2025 State ND is our latest Woodchuck added to our 2025 rankings sitting at the #50 spot overall and #8 for linebackers in the 2025 class in North Dakota.
- Skye shows off a heck of a motor from his first clip, as you can tell very early on tape this is a middle linebacker prospect that has a blue collar work ethic that is built like a truck that is meant to last with his sideline to sideline motor he gives off early.
- He is not a linebacker you want to give off a free-lane to the ball carrier, as although he doesn’t look like the biggest linebacker I have ever seen on tape, that big motor and physicality will eat up any ball carrier in the backfield. Skye is a consistent first contact on the ball carrier on darn near every play and I would love to see him develop more reps with the use of his hands when we deep dive into his 2023 tape by the mid way point of next season.
