Here’s a look at six class of 2027 prospects, that I’m high on today. Three are from the Volunteer State of Tennessee and three are from the Sunshine State of Florida. Some great talent here.
Running Back out of Fort Myers, Florida that should start making headlines very soon. A 5-foot-11, 155-pound back, built like a stallion and looks like one when he runs too. Can also dunk a basketball already, too. Tells me he’ll be at Dunbar High School.
I openly admit I don’t know much about Higgs, but the big 2027 prospect is listed at 6-foot-5 and 240 pounds right now. He’s also seemingly working with well-known, well-respected and well-connected south Florida football man, Michael Tunsil. The future Miami Norland defensive end picked up his first offer from Louisville during the first week in May.
Ask any high school coach in America and they’d jump at the opportunity to have a 6-foot-6, 280-pound (unverified) offensive lineman on their roster. Tell that same coach that the prospect with that size is going to be a freshman in the fall–and you might need the paramedics. Tennessee’s Carson Moore Carson Moore 6’7″ | 290 lbs | OL Huntland | 2027 TN is going to catch attention early because of his staggering size alone. He’s also a multisport athlete with a great frame. Depending on development, he could be a good one.
Freakishly athletic for only being in the eighth-grade–like, does things that 2027 prospects shouldn’t be doing. Three-sport star at Alcoa Middle School in Tennessee that brings a pedigree of winning. A state champion in the high jump, averaged 15 points on the District 2AAA championship basketball team and already holds an offer from Memphis in football. Wow.

I didn’t have to look too far to find another impressive prospect in Tennessee, as Jamir Dean Jamir Dean 6’2″ | 155 lbs | WR Alcoa | 2027 State TN ‘s teammate Jamerius Aburhania is also a must-know. The duo were a non-stop highlight reel at Alcoa during their middle school careers. Watching the 6-foot-1, 160-pound Aburhania on tape, he covers ground and makes plays as a safety that make you wonder just how he does it. Another crazy impressive talent.
A big, thick, powerful quarterback who saw varsity time this year as an eighth-grader at The Benjamin School in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Listed at 6-foot-1 and 190 pounds right now and also plays basketball. A fractured foot erased most of his eighth-grade year but he’s been back working since December. He’ll be at Melbourne Central Catholic in the fall.
