Cameron Coleman Cameron Coleman 6’1″ | 155 lbs | WR Central | 2024 State AL has steadily progressed into becoming one of the nations top wide receiver prospects over the last few seasons at Central, and rightfully so- he has a rare combination of size and speed that is extremely hard for defenses to stop. Coleman has some great speed that allows him to stretch the field and make big plays off of deep passes. In addition to that, his physicality enables him to excel in contested situations, using his strength and body control to outmuscle defenders for the ball. Coleman had a big season last fall, he was able to post up 542 yards and 6 touchdowns off of 31 receptions. Coleman’s hands, speed, and physicality has made him a highly sought-after talent at the wide receiver position. Over the last few years, Coleman has picked up offers from just about everyone in the nation, having received offers from LSU, Clemson, Georgia among other top tier programs!
Mario Craver Mario Craver 5’11” | 160 lbs | WR Clay-Chalkville | 2024 State AL is an exciting wide receiver that has dominated for Clay-Chalkville the last several seasons. Craver has ridiculous speed- last year he recorded a verified 10.74s 100 meter sprint- which you can easily see on film. Craver’s speed allows him to stretch the field and create separation from defenders with such ease, making him a dangerous deep threat that needs to be accounted for each snap. Paired with that, Craver’s elusiveness makes him an absolute nightmare for defenses, he can change direction with such little effort and leaves defenders in the dust on a routine basis. Craver is another big time prospect- he has picked up offers from Alabama, Florida, Auburn, and tons of big time programs at the next level.
Perry Thompson Perry Thompson 6’2″ | 180 lbs | WR Foley | 2024 State AL is a super physical wide receiver that has dominated opposing corners all across the state throughout his career at Foley. Last season was Thompson’s best yet- he had a huge year and ended up recording 1059 receiving yards and 9 touchdowns off of 87 receptions. Standing at 6’2 180, Thompson is a big wide receiver that can make plays all over the field. Thompson’s size allows him to outmuscle defenders to make contested catches, and he uses that physicality to gain the upper hand against defensive backs all game long. Despite his larger frame, Thompson also has some seriously impressive speed and has the ability to break away from coverages and make explosive plays downfield as well. Thompson was a massive recruit and had offers from just about everybody but committed to Alabama last fall- keep an eye on him this season, he’s going to be exciting to watch as always.
Jabari Murphy Jabari Murphy 6’2″ | 200 lbs | WR Elmore County | 2024 State AL is another big, physical wide receiver in the state that has been turning heads for awhile now over at Elmore County. Murphy plays with a lot of versatility, it doesn’t matter where he’s lined up, he’s going to produce. Last fall Murphy was super productive- he recorded 55 receptions for 793 yards and 10 touchdowns on the year. Murphy is 6’3 200 and provides his team with a huge physical advantage over defenses, Murphy is constantly winning on contested catches and gain yards after contact with incredibly ease. Combining that with his speed and athleticism has made Murphy virtually impossible to stop, and teams at the next level have taken notice. Murphy has received attention from a bunch of schools- and currently lists offers from Mississippi State, Arkansas, Kentucky and more!
Bryce Cain Bryce Cain 5’10” | 170 lbs | WR Baker | 2024 State AL is a wide receiver that we didn’t have our eyes on until recently, but we sure are glad we do now- his athleticism and ability to make game changing plays is second to none. Cain is an electric playmaker- he has some serious speed and elusiveness to him. Cain has a great set of shifty moves and an insanely quick change of direction that makes it incredibly challenging for defenders to tackle him. All throughout last fall, Cain and Baker QB Josh Flowers Josh Flowers 6’3″ | 210 lbs | QB Baker | 2024 State AL made some huge connections fownfield due to Cain’s speed and explosiveness off the line of scrimmage. Cain had a big year last fall- he posted up 26 receptions for 497 yards and 5 touchdowns on the season. Since last fall, Cain has seen his recruitment open up in a big way- he has received offers from Ole Miss, Auburn, Memphis and many more!
