He is ranked as the #1 class of 2025 quarterback in Massachusetts and also the #1 ranked quarterback in the New England. He attends Central Catholic High School in Massachusetts.
He has very good command presence with excellent awareness in the pocket. He can escape the pocket to make plays with his feet or arm. Shows good arm strength and ability to make all the college throws. Has a quick release with good accuracy.
He is a projected D1 recruit who held early offers from Uconn and Umass and recently got a 3rd offer from Rutgers in early March 2023. Look for this young man to have a very busy 2023 Spring evaluation period.

He has very good frame with growth potential. Has the ability to make the college level throws like posts, digs at 10-12 yards, comebacks at 10-12 yards, and 10-15 yard outs. He displays good mechanics along with smooth release. Has a command presence behind center and confidence in his skills. Has proficient ability to throw to receivers open and execute the back shoulder throw.
He currently has early offers from power 5 schools such as Boston College, VTech. He also has D1 offer from in state Umass and New England region Uconn.
Carter Carroll Carter Carroll 6’3″ | 205 lbs | QB Boston College | 2025 State New E He is ranked as the #3 class of 2025 quarterback in Massachusetts and also the #4 ranked running back in the New England region. He attends Boston College High School in Massachusetts.
The confidence and poise Carroll displays in his skill set is promising to is future recruitment interest. He has shown the willingness to come in and compete for the QB position no matter where he is placed on a depth chart. This is something he will have to do at the next level when all said and done. This is a major trait many college coaches love to see in a young recruit. The desire to compete to improve your game. He can spin it with good accuracy and his release mechanics are smooth and well versed. He is a playmaker with the ball in his hands and keeps his confidence at the highest level.
He should attract college attention from his 2022 season production and then get the opportunity to solidify his skills and ability for coaches eyes during summer college camp season.

He has good accuracy and arm strength. His athleticism to make plays with his legs can’t be ignored. He has very good poise and confidence in his skill set. He has a lean athletic frame with room to grow and develop.
He should see his college interest heighten this spring 2023.

His ability to make tight window accurate throws caught my attention in viewing his film. When flushed out the pocket he doesn’t pannick. Pocket awareness is excellent. I loved the ball placement in his throws when throwing to his targets. Can make plays with his feet. Has good balance and footwork. Impressive athlete.
He is another recruit who should see his college interest heighten this spring 2023.
