These are the guys who you can call on to make things happen. Their coaches can count on them to be a spark for their team. Let’s check them out.
Kaiden Bates, 2024, DL, Red Oak
Bates is a big time stud in the middle. He always is holding down the trenches for his team. Bates is a plug in the running game. He makes it easier for his fellow linemen. Bates isn’t an easy player to move in the trenches. He plays with a lot of heart. He also has a very big motor. Bates plays with a high motor every game. He needs to work on his release from the line. That quicker release will help him raise his stock.
Hutch Chipman, Episcopal, TE, 2025
This young man is going to be a nice prospect at the tight end position. I love the way he plays the game. Chipman is a very big target for his quarterback. He also has a decent release from the line. Chipman has the size to be a division one prospect. He is under the radar, but that could change soon. He is a guy that I truly enjoyed watching his film. Chipman also does a good job of blocking. He isn’t a selfish tight end who only wants to shine. He knows how to spread the love.
Zach Taylor, QB, Del Rio, 2024
Taylor is a big time playmaker for his team. Taylor is a dual threat quarterback. He can make big plays with his arms and legs. Taylor is a guy that is always going to find a way to make things happen. I would love to see him more in person to determine what position I think he will play at the next level. He definitely has the good moves with speed to make it on the next level.
Carson Workman Carson Workman 6'1" | 205 lbs | RB Hendrickson | 2024 State TX , RB, Hendrickson, 2024
Workman has a nice burst when he hits the hole. He is a taller back that has good hands out of the backfield. He also has decent speed. Workman is going to get his when he is on the field. Hope to see him in Fort Worth next week.
