He's a strong, muscular 5'11" 195 pound RB that runs with great power and explosiveness. Rohrich was especially impressive in 1v1s where he was able to show his pass-catching ability. He runs solid routes and can use his quickness to beat out slower LBs. During position drills, I thought Beau's cutting ability and vision really stood out in his game. Great all-around athlete with two more seasons to continue upping his game. Junior [player_tooltip player_id='706821' first='Izaac' last='Langley'] showed off his polished linebacker skills and technique. What really impressed me about Izaac was how mobile and fluid he is with his movements. He was able to cover a lot of ground and knows how to take great angles. Langley also reacts quickly to cuts and shifts by RBs and can position himself in a spot to make a play. We didn't get to see any tackling but when running drills with RBs, he did a great job breaking down, getting his hips square, and "following" through with his arms. Something I noticed about Thomas' game was that even though he isn't a 'big' receiver, he plays a lot bigger than his frame. He makes tough catches, whether contested or just outside his frame. Thomas has a great release and knows how to beat press coverage, while also using his hands to help him create separation. Huge season coming up for Thomas. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='245821' first='Luke' last='Sternberg'] | 2025 | RB | AHSTW (IA) | 6'0" 180 lbs</em></strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em><a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/17089928/Luke-Sternberg" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Hudl</a> | <a href="https://twitter.com/SternbergLuke" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Twitter</a></em></strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Luke has been a regular at the Prep Redzone showcases and impresses... on the regular. Sternberg is a quick twitch, young running back with tons of explosiveness and speed. Sternberg performed well in the combine with times of 4.81-40 yard, 4.5 - Shuttle, and 7.43 L-drill, all making the top 5 at his position. One thing that stood out to me about Luke's game was how sudden he was and his ability to stop/start and change direction. His vision and footwork also looked very fine-tuned during position drills. Luke also displayed great hands coming out of the back field and can create separation on quick, short routes. He's only a sophomore and already has a ton of production and accolades tied to his name. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em>[player_tooltip player_id='773258' first='Trent' last='Patzel'] | 2024 | OL/DL | Boone Central (NE) | 6'7" 270 lbs</em></strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong><em><a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/14684739/Trent-Patzel" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Hudl</a> | <a href="https://twitter.com/TrentPatzel" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Twitter</a></em></strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Trent was the first player to standout out to me at the showcase, and not just because he was the first player I saw. At 6'7" and 270 lbs, Trent is a mountainous player that uses his size and power very well. He performed drills with the offensive linemen but also jumped in on the defensive line. Trent showed solid footwork and technique on the OL. He has a sturdy base and really long arms to help him combat speed rushers. Trent also held his own on the defensive line, where he won a lot of reps using his explosiveness and strong initial jab to stun blockers.
