Watching these young prospects coming out to compete on Sunday helped me realize they were the real deal and they will become future 5 star athletes and future top college prospects. In this article I’ll be covering the standouts offensive athletes.
#22 Jamarion Jones RB Class of 2028 5’8 155 lbs
Jamarion was one of the fastest athletes at the camp. Jamarion had great form and technique for his 40 yard dash his 1st run was a 4.7 and then his 2nd run was 4.69. Jamarion has quick feet and great footwork, but during the 1 on 1 segment as a linebacker he fell for easy faints. However, while Jamarion was playing running back he was faster and breaking everyone’s ankles. For Jamarion to this driven and skilled in 7th grade he’s going to be a beast in high school.
#25 Jarred Hager QB Class of 2027 6’1 180 lbs
Jarred Hager didn’t disappoint with his fantastic quarterback skills, speed, height and technique. Jarred has great awareness, positioning, form and one heck of an arm being able to throw a perfect and beautiful spiral pass to all his wide receivers. Also despite his age and position Jarred is extremely fast with a 4.8 40 yard dash. All of Jarred’s hard work earned him the QB MVP award.
#39 Aden Starling Aden Starling 6'1" | 175 lbs | WR Iowa Colony | 2027 State TX Class of 2027 WR 5’11 160 lbs
Aden Starling Aden Starling 6'1" | 175 lbs | WR Iowa Colony | 2027 State TX has impeccable game sense as a wide receiver. Aden testing scores were good but nothing special, but once the individual drills and 1v1 segment came up Aden truly shined. Aden was a pro at reading defensive backs and was able to use his speed and footwork to win every 1v1 the whole camp. I’m expecting greatness from Aden in High School in the next couple of years and because of his performance Aden was able to win the WR MVP award.
#41 Jordan Hightower Jr Jordan Hightower Jr 5'5" | 140 lbs | RB TX Class of 2028 RB 5’4 125 lbs
Even though Jordan Hightower Jr Jordan Hightower Jr 5'5" | 140 lbs | RB TX was one of the smaller athletes at the camp that didn’t stop him from standing out. Jordan is quick and fast with great footwork being able to showcased this throughout the whole camp from the testing portion and 1 on 1 portion. Based on physique Jordan was no where close to height or strength compared to his opposing linebackers, but Jordan was faster and better footwork than majority of them allowing him to dominate the 1 on 1 portion. Jordan’s current height and physique is because of his young age, but once he starts bulking up and growing Jordan will be a tremendous threat in high school. All of Jordan’s skills and hard work earned him the RB MVP award.
