Head Coach: John Brubaker.
Penn Manor went 5-5 in the last 2 years. Penn Manor has done a nice job beating the teams they should beat but has not been able to beat the upper-echelon teams in Section 1 of the Lancaster-Lebanon League. Penn Manor has gone 0-6 the last 2 years against Hempfield, Manheim Township, and Wilson the best programs in Section 1 of the Lancaster-Lebanon League. Overall Penn Manor is in a good place and it could be worse, but they will hope to build on the recent success to make the leap next season.
Coaching Update:
Coach Brubaker took over the Penn Manor football program in 2015. So this was his 8th season at Penn Manor. Brubaker came from Manheim Central where he had a successful run as Defensive Coordinator there. Penn Manor has struggled at times to compete in the ultra-competitive Section 1 of the Lancaster-Lebanon League, but finishing 5-5 the last 2 years shows the program is pointing in the right direction. The only issue he dealt with was Penn Manor remodeled their High School over several years so it hurt his program with the weight room. Coach Brubaker should continue to have Penn Manor on the cusp of making that leap.

2023 Outlook:
Penn Manor should have a chance to compete in every game and finish a .500 record or better again this season. The goal for people around the program is to get over the top and beat some of the top teams in Section 1 of the Lancaster-Lebanon League. Coach Brubaker is trying to build the program and it would not surprise me if they least compete in many of their games and have a chance to make the playoffs.
