Woods took home the overall MVP award for the juniors who were on hand on Saturday at the Palmetto Combine West Combine at Westside High School.   He looked impressive accelerating and running through the line during his 40-yard dash. He put his arm strength on display for everyone to see. He has a nice velocity on his throws and it was fun to watch him roll out to his left.   “The local guys, I know a lot of them. It's good to be out at the local high school I go to,” Woods said.   Other standouts at Saturday afternoon's junior session include:   Best 40-Yard Time: [player_tooltip player_id='402494' first='Jaiden' last='Taylor'], Southside   Taylor ran a 4.4 and 4.57 in the two cycles he ran.   Best Broad Jump: [player_tooltip player_id='274752' first='Cameron' last='Strong'], TL Hanna   Strong registered a jump of 10'1.   Best Vertical: Mike Doe, North Augusta   Doe came up with a 37” vertical.   Best Pro Shuttle: Antonio Hatten, TL Hanna   Hatten moved through the line quickly, showing off great speed and power. He registered a time of 4.14.   Best OL: [player_tooltip player_id='1013076' first='Kaleb' last='Nelson'], Greer   Nelson showed violent hands and can get physical with an opposing defensive lineman.   Best Offensive Skill: [player_tooltip player_id='272719' first='CJ' last='Willingham'], Wren   Willingham did an excellent job stacking the defensive back to make the play for the touchdown during the competition period.   Best DL: Davion McKinnis, North Augusta   Best Defensive Skill: Cam'rich Smith, Spartanburg   Smith is quick and twitchy, like we saw in the Pro Shuttle drill.
