Lance Jackson Lance Jackson 6'5" | 240 lbs | DL Pleasant Grove | 2025 State TX -Defensive Line-Pleasant Grove-6’5” 250-Pounds-2024
The versatile prospect out of Texarkana does a great job of disrupting the opposing offensive backfield. Jackson uses his speed and size well to defeat blocks and get into the passing lanes. He can get into the backfield and disrupt both, the run, and the pass. Meanwhile, he has put his athleticism on display on the offensive side of the ball the past few seasons. Over the weekend, Jackson was able to take a visit to Arkansas during the spring game weekend in Fayetteville. He is a prospect to watch on the defensive side of the ball this upcoming season.
Kiandrea Barker-Running Back-The Woodlands-5’11” 183-Pounds-2025
Barker is a running back that can play all three downs. He is a great runner between the tackles and has excellent vision. Barker has the speed to cut to the run to the outside and is a threat in the passing game. He can be split out wide or make receptions coming out of the backfield. The talented running back out of the Woodlands committed to the Penn State Nittany Lions over the weekend. He is a back with the potential to have a monster season for Penn State this season.
Jesse Ford Jesse Ford 6'5" | 235 lbs | DL Arlington Martin | 2026 State TX -Defensive Line-Arlington Martin-6’4” 225-Pounds-2026
Over the years, the Nebraska Cornhuskers have done an excellent job of being able to find talented prospects on the defensive side of the ball. Ford is a powerful defensive lineman coming off of the edge. He uses his power and his quickness well to defeat blocks and get into the opposing offensive backfield. The Nebraska coaching staff extended a scholarship offer Martin’s way, making it the first scholarship offer he has received. Over the next few seasons, Ford is going to be a defensive prospect, in which plenty of colleges extend a scholarship.
Taylor Tatum Taylor Tatum 5'11" | 195 lbs | RB Longview | 2024 State TX -Running Back-Longview-6’0” 205-Pounds-2024
Taylor Tatum Taylor Tatum 5'11" | 195 lbs | RB Longview | 2024 State TX is a running back that can hurt you in two facets of the game. Tatum has tremendous vision and does a great job of finding the rushing lane. He explodes through the hole quickly and is a nightmare for opposing defenders to attempt to bring down in the open field. Meanwhile, Tatum is a dangerous receiver out of the backfield. He does a great job of hauling in the football and making plays with the ball. The talented Longview running back has visited Georgia and USC over the past few weeks. His recruitment will be interesting to watch over the next few months.
Payton Pierce Payton Pierce 6'2" | 230 lbs | LB Lovejoy | 2024 State TX -Linebacker-Lovejoy-6’2” 225-Pounds-2024
Plenty of college coaches have kept a close eye on the talented Lovejoy linebacker over the past few years. Pierce is a linebacker that can disrupt both the run and the passing attacks of the opponent. He does a great job of defeating blocks and getting to the ball carrier. Last week, Pierce committed to the Ohio State Buckeyes. He has the potential to see plenty of action on Saturdays in the future. Keep an eye on Pierce this season, I expect a strong season from the talented linebacker.
