On May 16, 2023 Notre Dame gained the commitment of 6’3″ 290lb DE/TE Owen Wafle Owen Wafle 6’3″ | 235 lbs | DL The Hun School | 2024 State NJ . Wafle will be concluding his high school prep career at The Hun School this fall. It appears that Walfe will – aside from soon becoming a former Raider – be joining the Fighting Irish on the defensive side of the ball.
Given his size, do not think for a minute that we missed the commitment of 6’6″ 335lb offensive lineman Juan Minaya Juan Minaya 6’6″ | 325 lbs | OL Paramus Catholic | 2024 State NJ . On April 18, 2023 the standout for Paramus Catholic announced his intention to play for The U – The University of Miami. Minaya seems set to graduate from a Paladin to a Hurricane in the fall of 2024.
If you are 5’11” and 175lbs, you have the stature to immediately play college football. That is exactly what Austin Stull Austin Stull 5’11” | 180 lbs | DB St. Thomas More | 2024 State NewE intends to do. Back on June 21, 2022 Stull, a product of The Lawrenceville School Big Red, committed to change colors and play for the Duke Blue Devils.
Perhaps the biggest Bear on Delran’s roster of sleuth made a big mark on New Jersey’s recruiting scene. The 6’5″ 300lb lineman Kenny Jones Kenny Jones 6’5″ | 300 lbs | OL Delran | 2024 State NJ committed to play football for his home state’s Rutgers Scarlet Knights in the 2024 season and beyond. By doing so on, back on November 4, 2022 to be exact, Jones was Rutgers’ first commitment for the 2024 recruiting class.
