SueSue was electric for the Panthers in 2022 and was one of the state’s top dual-threat quarterbacks. He does a great job evading pressure and can stand tall in the pocket to deliver strikes even when defensive linemen are bearing down on him. SueSue makes accurate throw after accurate throw in the pocket and on the move. He’s one of the state’s top scramblers and can devastate defenses between the tackles or in the quarterback-designed run game. SueSue has a powerful arm and can deliver passes into tight windows. He could once again be one of the state’s top touchdown scorers in 2023. SueSue will be the heart of the West offense, and he is more than ready for the challenge.

Stevens’s ability to drop passes perfectly into his receiver’s arms is truly remarkable. In addition, he gets excellent velocity on each of his throws as they sail through the air until they hit his intended targets in their hands. Steven’s footwork is exceptional, and he does a good job stepping up in the pocket and navigating pressure while keeping his eyes downfield. His accuracy at each level is elite, as is his ability to make power throws. Stevens also has arguably the strongest arm in the class, and he can deliver pinpoint, accurate throws outside the numbers. The Falcons offense won’t miss a beat with him leading the unit. They won a state championship in 2022, and Jackson is well-suited to lead them on another deep postseason run.

Winget helped the Phoenix offense take flight in 2022. His quick decision-making and consistent accuracy made the Farmington offense hard to stop every time they took the field. Winget has a strong arm and can hit his receivers in stride 20-plus yards down the field. He does a good job keeping plays alive when they break down and can make off-platform throws. Winget doesn’t get locked onto one read and does a good job recognizing when he has a mismatch on the outside. He has a high football IQ and quickly realizes what coverage a defense is throwing at him. Farmington made the semi-finals last season and could easily make it back there in 2023 with Wight under center.
