Satuala is a long rangey defensive back who does a great job taking passes away. He excels at high-point passes where his impressive vertical and arm length helps him beat receivers to the ball. Satuala is physical against the run and can stop running backs dead in their tracks with big hits. He shoots through gaps when coming down in run support and has the strength to drag down ball carriers. Satuala does a great job watching the quarterback’s’ eyes and tracking the ball in the air. His long arms allow him to deflect passes and moss receivers on the outside for interceptions.

Lovio was a ball hawk on the backend of the Jaguars defense. He times his pass breakups exceptionally well and can shut down receivers on the outside. Lovio fights for every ball in the air and can make good adjustments to come down with improbable picks. Lovio has excellent hips and can run with some of the state’s fastest wideouts. Lovio does an excellent job jumping routes and quickly reacts to receivers movements. He also provides strong run support and does a good job wrapping up when flying in to make plays. Lovio should be in for another big season.

Washburn can play any type of coverage and does a great job holding his man in check for all four quarters. He also takes great angles in run support and does a good job tackling low. Washburn deals with physical receivers well and can run with speedy receivers. He has good hips and can quickly change direction with his man. Washburn yields little to no separation and can quickly close on passes for big-time breakups. Washburn does a good job getting off blocks in the bubble screen game and is a strong tackler in space. He plays the ball well in the air and should be in for another strong year with the Thunder.

Owens was tough to shake in coverage last season. He has quick feet and exceptional speed. Owens doesn’t bite on short routes and remains patient to ensure he doesn’t let receivers get past him. He can play anywhere in the defensive backfield and play a multitude of coverages. Owens does a great job watching quarterbacks’ eyes, possesses elite sideline-to-sideline speed, and uses it to pick off passes. In addition, he has an exceptional feel for the game and can quickly recognize what an offense is trying to do. Jordan is lucky to have such a versatile player on their roster.
