After breaking down some of the top defensive lineman in the state, it’s time to shift our focus back to the offensive side of the ball as we evaluate a few significant offensive linemen. Here’s my list of the top 2024 offensive lineman in Kentucky to watch for this upcoming season.
Aba Selm Aba Selm 6'4" | 295 lbs | OL Simon Kenton | 2024 State KY , a 6-foot-4, 295-pound offensive lineman out of Simon Kenton High School, made a significant impact on the Pioneers’ offensive line during his junior season of high school football last year as he appeared in 11 contests. With great size, speed and toughness, Selm provides the offensive line with the right amount of firepower to keep the defense behind the line of scrimmage. Selm also adds excellent game knowledge as he contributes on both sides of the ball. The rising senior will definitely be impactful on the offensive line again this upcoming season.

Asher Avery Asher Avery 6'4" | 230 lbs | OL Hart County | 2024 KY , a 6-foot-4, 230-pound offensive lineman out of Hart County High School, was a huge difference maker on the Raiders’ offensive line during his junior stint of high school football last year as he logged appearances in 10 contests. Avery provides the offensive line with excellent size, speed and toughness as he was crucial in keeping the defense behind the line of scrimmage and keeping pressure off his quarterback last season. As a senior next season, Avery will definitely be an intriguing offensive lineman to watch more closely.

What makes Elliott such a valuable weapon on the offensive line is his overall size, speed and toughness as he matches up well with quick defenders, can delay pressure and can keep the defense behind the line. Elliott will certainly be an intriguing offensive lineman to keep an eye on in the 2023 campaign.

In addition to his excellent size and speed, Neff brings great game knowledge to the field as he also competes on the other side as a defensive end. Neff also adds great aggression and can matchup well with the defense, keeping them behind the line of scrimmage. The incoming senior will definitely be an offensive lineman prospect worth watching this upcoming season.

In addition to his solid size and speed, Cunningham competes with excellent toughness as he can easily deter defenders in coverage, can counter pressure and can buy the offense more time to make an impact. Cunningham will certainly be an intriguing offensive lineman to watch next season.

Thacker contributes excellent size, speed and aggression as he can bully defenders in coverage, utilizing his toughness to keep the other side of the ball behind the line of scrimmage. The rising senior will certainly be an offensive lineman prospect worth watching on the field this upcoming season.

In addition to his great size and speed, Buffington has great knowledge of both sides of the ball as he also competes as a defensive tackle. On the offensive line this past season, Buffington showcased his efficiency at keeping defenders at bay, shaking pressure and buying his quarterback extra time to make plays. The rising senior will certainly be an interesting talent to watch more closely this upcoming season.

In addition to the size, speed and toughness he displays on the field, Cherry is a huge challenge to matchup against in coverage as he can overwhelm defenders with his overall strength, absorb pressure and hold the defense behind the line of scrimmage. As a senior next season, Cherry should certainly be an intriguing offensive lineman to observe.
