DB Dequinder Williams II – West Charlotte
Dequinder has picked up a lot of recruiting attention this season after performing extremely well at a postseason camp – he has received offers from Temple, Boston College, Charlotte, Appalachian State, and Liberty amongst others. The thing that college coaches love is an extremely quick twitch and agile cover corner that can play outside or in the slot. He has very good ball skills as he can play some wide receiver on offense, and he has great top-end speed that can run with just about any wide receiver around. Dequinder is a hard-working kid that has a great attitude and will be an asset to any program he chooses on the next level.
LB Camryn Anderson – Crest
Camryn was impressive at a postseason camp, earning Top performer honors at the linebacker position. He is a hybrid LB/DB though and can play both positions well. He has excellent closing speed on anything coming at him and fills the alley very well. He is an excellent open-field tackler, using textbook form to bring down ball carriers. He also can match up in man coverage versus slot receivers and tight ends and can play disciplined in zone coverage. Very athletic and can get to his top speed quickly.
QB Alex Walker – Northwest Cabarrus
Alex has been QB1 for the Trojans it seems like since his freshman year and each year has shown exponential improvement. He was named a top performer recently at a local camp and should have a huge senior year. He is very accurate with the football and can make throws on the run or from the pocket with equal precision. Along with his throwing ability, he has good size at 6’1 and 195 pounds. He has picked up recruiting interest from Yale, Mercer, and William & Mary amongst other schools. Another good thing – he is a baseball player which helps immensely for quarterbacks!
WR Cameron Macon Cameron Macon 6'0" | 160 lbs | WR Butler | 2024 State NC – Butler
Cameron jumped on a lot of radars by making an incredible catch at a postseason camp that went viral on Instagram with almost 150,000 views and over 7,700 likes. That one play showed a lot of the strengths Cameron has – excellent footwork, strong hands, and a special ability to high point the football at 6’0 and 170 pounds. Cam also has some great speed to win against man coverage consistently – if you check out his highlights he is always running away from a DB in that situation. He also showed an ability to step and make plays with the game on the line, a great trait to showcase all the time!
DL Jacoby Martin Jacoby Martin 6'1" | 210 lbs | DL Richmond | 2024 State NC – Richmond County
Jacoby won a top award at a postseason camp, showing some very good agility and physical traits. At 6’2 and 250 pounds, Jacoby could play a strongside defensive end position or play a “3” technique penetrator at the defensive tackle spot equally well. Jacoby showed some excellent pass-rush moves and an ability to turn the corner well from an end position. He has been receiving recruiting interest from Duke among some other schools.
