Part 1 included some of the top ranked players in all of Virginia, Mason Wade Mason Wade 6'5" | 285 lbs | OL Loudoun Valley | 2024 State VA and Fletcher Westphal Fletcher Westphal 6'8" | 325 lbs | OL Tuscarora | 2024 State VA being a couple of them. The next batch is below for this very underrated conference:
Eli Chapple
Eli Chapple
Chapple is a hybrid outstide linebacker who the Huskies line up everywhere defensively. A sideline to sideline linebacker with excellent pursuit and closing speed are what sticks out most watching his film. This is a physical young man, who packs a good punch each time he goes in for a tackle. While his teammate may be getting a lot of the attention, Chapple is not to be slept on by any means. Standing at 6’2 and 190 lbs. with his range and speed, I would expect many division 2 and FCS schools to start come calling his name soon.

The Heritage Pride have some nice pieces returning for the 2023 season with this guy being a key one. Smith has exceptional ball skills and makes plays at defensive back, while also a good possession receiver on offense. I do expect him to have more of a role offensively this year, but where he thrives at is at corner. His footwork is stout and he is really good recognizing the quarterback’s decision on each snap.

Carter Working
Carter Working
A nimble 6’3 gunslinger is the best way to describe Working’s game. The big man can move and he throws an excellent deep ball, certainly he should have the Lightridge Bolts fans excited for 2023. Love this kid’s poise and moxie every time he steps into the pocket to launch a ball downfield. While he has the size, arm strength and speed to play major college football, I would like for him to add 10 to 15 lbs. of muscle. Other than that this kid has a rocket of an arm that is certainly going to stand before the fall season has even begun.

Esteven Boushra
Esteven Boushra
The Rock Ridge Phoenix were just on the outside looking for the playoffs in 2022 finishing at 4-6. One of the players returning who can help them get over the edge is this young man. Boushra may be a track star at heart, but you can see the potential he has at both safety and corner when watching him on the field. A school record holder in the 400, this dude has the speed and range to cover any receiver in the district. I expect big things him come this fall, breaking his own school records in track and field will only help his case.

Gabe Eggleston
Gabe Eggleston
Eggleston is a project for the Dominion Titans that seems destined for great things. One of the tallest lineman in the state at 6’7 Eggleston is just growing as a football player and you can see the potential is their. A long armed lineman who can play both guard and tackle, the kid has the power to bull any defender over. What stands out as that while he is a big he is no slouch and has good footwork and speed to work with. The sky is the limit for Eggleston, time for him to bring out his mean streak in 2023.
