As a Junior, Hall was able to 7ints on defense, and 450 yards, 5tds , 24 catches on offense. RJ is a legit 4.5 4o guy, and his speed and athleticism translate well on the football field. The most impressive parts of RJ’s game were his ability to create space, his ability to start and stop, and his ball skills on both sides of the football. Though he plays on both sides of the ball, I can see RJ excelling as a wide-receiver on the next level. He is an exceptional route-runner that understand spacing and how to use his skillset to his advantage. I expect RJ to follow up on his Junior campaign with eye-popping numbers in his Senior season. Look out for this young bull to emerge as one of the better 2-way players in his division!

Boone Wilson Boone Wilson 6’0″ | 195 lbs | LB HCHS | 2025 MS is a 2025 linebacker that I can see having close to 100 tackles as a Junior this fall. Boone is physical linebacker that knows how to navigate through the trenches to make plays in a variation of ways. He is most effective as a blitzing linebacker. Wilson makes applying pressure to the passer in the form of blitzing look easy. This mostly due to the fact that this young prospect is natural defender and a great tackler. Boone can flat out run, he pursues ball carriers with a relentless approach that pays off for him more often than not. As a Sophomore, Boone put up over 50 tackles in less than 10 games played. I’m projecting Boone Wilson Boone Wilson 6’0″ | 195 lbs | LB HCHS | 2025 MS to make a huge leap this off-season in every aspect of his game. If he is able to do so, he will easily become one of the budding prospects that most schools in the surrounding area would view as a possible recruit.

William Lai William Lai 5’9″ | 160 lbs | ATH Biloxi | 2026 MS is another speedster that I can see turning into a respectable prospect in the coming months. This 2026 recruit is listed as an ATH(Athlete), and if you see his film you’d see exactly why! As a Freshman, William ripped through JV defenses at the Quarterback position with his legs, proving to be a great runner. He also has snaps on film at slot receiver and defensive back. William has a sub 4.6 40 yard dash as of now going into his Sophomore season. A big part of his success is predicated on his speed and athleticism. Lai also plays the game with a fearless attitude, and I can see him earning some Varsity snaps this coming year. Whether it is as a gadget type player or as a small role, look for Lai to test his talents versus some of the best varsity players that the state has in 6A this year.

Daylan Mckenzie
Daylan Mckenzie
Day Day Mckenzie is a young talent out of Heidelberg that looks the part already, and he plays like it as well. Last year as an 8th grader, Daylan was a man amongst boys. The up and coming freshman is already 6’2 plus and nearly 200 pounds. Daylan moves exceptionally well to he his age at that size. He has only Junior High film currently, but it showed what he is capable of and how high his ceiling could be. Mckenzie is already developing into a Linebacker that can contribute in Varsity snaps. He runs sideline to sideline with ease, looks fluent in doing so, and has a physicality to his game that will only improve as he continues to develop as a player. I’m sure most would hold of on him until he receives snaps versus formidable opponents, but don’t be late to the party! This kid will likely become one of the better defenders in his class as time goes on.
