One of the biggest risers early in the year is Elkhorn South big man [player_tooltip player_id='416970' first='Ashton' last='Murphy']. Ashton played on both the offensive and defensive line for the Storm and ended the season with 32 tackles, four sacks, two fumble recoveries, and two forced fumbles. Murphy's rise began after his performance at the Warren Academy Top Prospects showcase. Ashton put together a great showing at the showcase displaying his athleticism, explosiveness, and versatility on both lines, earning him his first offer from Northern Iowa. As it seems to go, after this first offer several soon followed. Since then Ashton has received offers from Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming, Air Force, North Dakota State, Northern Illinois, and Navy.

Southeast Missouri State started things off by offering the Cougar's tight end which was followed by South Dakota and South Dakota State.
Another big winner from the WA Showcase was Elkhorn North DL/OL [player_tooltip player_id='630093' first='Sam' last='Thomas']. Sam's first offer came from Northern Iowa and with that, it brought a lot more interest from other schools.

Here's a 2025 prospect getting their name out there early! Lincoln Southwest pass catcher [player_tooltip player_id='319188' first='Jackson' last='Carpenter'] saw himself step into a bigger role in the Silver Hawk's offense in year 2. He hauled in 14 receptions for 324 yards and four receiving touchdowns. Jackson's first offer came from the Northern Iowa Panthers.

One of the great overall athletes in the 2024 class, [player_tooltip player_id='250324' first='Harry' last='Caskey'] is a player primed for a big offseason. Harry is a flat-out football guy that finished his season with 618 passing yards, 797 rushing yards, 257 receiving yards, and 17 total touchdowns. After watching Harry perform at the Warren Academy Showcase, I knew it was only a matter of time before a program came knocking. Harry received his first offer from the Air Force Academy with many schools looking to get Caskey down to their campus.

Gates had an impact on both sides of the 15 receptions, 213 receiving yards, 2 touchdowns, 37 tackles, an interception, and three pass break ups. Winona State, Augustana, South Dakota, NSU, and more are also showing interest.

The 2024 OL class is shaping up to be a great group with several lineman already holding offers. One of them is North Star's [player_tooltip player_id='250273' first='Jayden' last='Potter'] who quietly had an outstanding season at tackle and has been opening eyes this offseason. Potter picked up his first offer from the reigning Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference champions, the Wayne State Wildcats! Other schools keeping tabs on the North Star blocker are South Dakota, Sioux Falls, Augustana, and many more.

A small-town prospect with big-time game! DCS defensive end [player_tooltip player_id='406626' first='Jackson' last='Kerchal'] has emerged as a beast for the Tigers. He is a strong, physical player that can dominate at the line of scrimmage. Jackson's first offer came from in-state program, Chadron State. He is receiving interest from FCS schools to D2 schools with a few invites coming his way. He will be a player to keep an eye out for at camps.

One of the earliest offers I've seen in a while, 2027 ATH Tory Pittman got on the board early. Pittman is a WR/DB that plays for Buffet Middle school and with NELITE 7v7. He impressed Nebraska coaches enough at the Homegrown Program practice and earned himself a Husker offer. Can't wait to see what Tory does on a varsity field.
