Johnson’s one of the top QBs in NorCal already holding offers from Hawaii, FIU, Morgan St., and Norfolk St., with other interest coming from multiple Pac-12 programs. He was a productive dual-threat as a sophomore with 1600 yards/22 TDs as a passer and 500 yards/5 TDs on the ground. He’s creative as a playmaker outside the pocket and throws with accuracy on the run. He moves with quickness as a ball-carrier and makes defenders miss at the second level with elusive lateral agility. Johnson could be a candidate for a P-5 offer with a strong follow-up to his sophomore season.

Garretson possesses the raw size and athleticism of a potential future D-I athlete at 6’7”/235. He’s an active DE that seals the edge in the run game and can create pressure in 1v1 pass-rush situations. He’s developing as a receiving threat at TE and flashes playmaking ability leaking up the seam. Garretson’s an intriguing prospect given his physical measurables- two factors that could ultimately determine his ceiling will be how his frame fills out and his overall athletic development.

Rasmussen is a talented two-way skill player for West Valley that led his team in multiple receiving categories and INTs (5). He relies on strong ball skills and body control to make plays out on the perimeter. He has natural hands that snatch the ball out of the air and can win 50-50 balls in tight coverage with extended radius. Rasmussen offers a promising playmaking skillset as a wideout and could see a boost to his stock with continued athletic/physical development.

Neugebauer led Chico in rushing with 730 yards and 10 TDs on 115 carries. He’s an explosive playmaker out of the backfield that can make defenders miss in the box and moves fluidly through space. He possesses nimble change-of-direction and takes on contact aggressively downhill. Neugebauer figures to be among the top rushers in his class in CA’s Northern Section next season.
