Kam Davis – 5-star RB – Dougherty
Florida State has always done well recruiting South Georgia, and they have one of the very best committed in star running back, Kam Davis. Ranked as the No. 7 in Georgia for the 2024 class and the No. 1 running back, Davis is a tough, powerful back with a muscular frame who can absolutely push for early playing time in Tallahassee when the time comes. A multi-sport star who also sines on thee baseball diamond, Davis is a tremendous athlete who can make plays no matter where he’s lined up. A quarterback for Doughery, Davis is always a threat to run the ball, and that’s what he’ll be doing at the next level. A strong, tackle-breaking back who knows how to run, he’s put together physically at 5-foot-10 200-pounds and has the film to back up his high ranking. He was extremely productive last season as a junior, especially on the ground, rushing for 1,115 yards and 13 touchdowns while playing quarterback. He’s an elite athlete, and he’s an elite runner who has been committed to Florida State for over two years now. He’s still a major target for other big-time programs, so the ‘Noles need him to keep him on board for another 9 months. IF they do, they’ll be getting a guy who can help change the program.
Luke Kromenhoek Luke Kromenhoek 6'4" | 185 lbs | QB Benedictine Military | 2024 State GA – Benedictine
With a 4-star QB on board, who happens to be one of the very best in Georgia, The Florida State Seminoles have a guy on the commit list who just knows how to win. A natural passer who consistently wins games, Kromenhoek led his Benedictine squad to the 4A state championship last season. He already looks like a D1 passer at 6-foot-4 185-pounds and can be deadly when running the football. Throwing the ball, Kromenhoek was 171/263 with 31 touchdowns and just three INTs. He also rushed for over 450 yards and seven more touchdowns. He’s a solid athlete who also stars on the baseball diamond, but it’s easy to see his potential at quarterback. He throws with touch, can push the ball down the field, and shows consistent accuracy on his passes. What impresses the most is his ability to take off and run with the ball. He’s quick for his size and only takes off when he needs too. He throws well on the run, can put zip on the ball over the middle, and throws a nice deep ball as well. The Savannah native has the size, promising arm talent, and has the ability to run, making him a promising prospect and one who could keep Florida State moving back to their winning ways.

A playmaking junior safety with size and instincts, the Atlanta native had a really productive junior season showing range in coverage, along with the ability to come down and help against the run. A dynamic safety who understands his role, he’es one of the top DBs in the Atlanta area and ready to take his talents down to Tallahassee next year. He looks the part physically at 6-foot-0 200-pounds and will bring a physical presence to the Seminoles secondary. He tackles well around the ball-carrier’s feet and ankles and shows a good motor when chasing down backs on the edge. He’s a true safety with range in the passing game along with reliable balls skills. As a junior last fall, Heard made 65 tackles on a defense loaded with D1 talent, picked off two passes, and deflected three more The Woodward Academy ended up committing to Florida State over offers from Arkansas, Oklahoma, Purdue, among others.
