Davis is a true interior plug that has heavy hands at the POA and has put together a impressive prep career so far. He is athletic enough to two-gap and chase down ball carriers backside while stout against the run with leverage and leg drive when re-setting the LOS. Cracking our top 20 rankings, he is one of the regions best interior lineman and will make a positive impact at the next level.
Taylor is one of the more under-recruited kids across the region and is a physical violent player that plays with a tremendous motor and toughness. He is extremely athletic for his size, has a quick first step and short area twitch while able to blow up pullers and is seemingly always in the backfield. He provides a nice interior pass rush with a quick use of hands at the POA. Playing both defensive end and defensive tackle at the prep level, he projects as a inside player at the next level and is a FCS level talent due to his strength and twitch at the POA.
Tonga has a rare combination of size and overall athleticism and offers a nice inside pass rush for Birmingham. He has a explosive first step, active hands at the POA and is a natural bender from the inside with violent hips against the run with a low hat. He is very active in the backfield with closing speed and tackling abilities in space while able to chase backside and is a high motor kid. he is a no brainer FCS caliber prospect that should see his stock rise through this Spring.
