Prospects stock on the rise

He plays linebacker with safety ball skills.  Getting off blocks and making plays is addictive to him. He received his first offer from Arkansas State. He plays faster on film than his 40 time which comes from film study and understanding the game. He finished with over 150 tackles and 3 interceptions. His coverage skills are so impressive for a linebacker. He makes plays by rushing the passer like no other. Thomas comes off a block like a madman every snap. He had 16 sacks and 6 force fumbles. Thomas is also a good run-stopper. I would like to see him improve his coverage skills to become a complete linebacker. He plays faster on the field than his timed 40 suggested. A physical kid that uses his hands to fight through blocks. Could benefit from off-season camps to learn more pass-rushing techniques. He took visits to Ole Miss and Auburn last week. He can block in any scheme and be physical. Autry can get to the second level and block. His footwork is amazing for a guy his size and hand utilization are outstanding. He uses his hands like vise grips you can't get away from them. He understands how to pick up the blitz. Has an understanding of when to let his block go and pick up the next man. He can pull on the pulling situation. Pass blocking is second nature to him. He just knows what the defense is thinking.
