Review:
The Titans have struggled of late but still have a ton of promise as a program with a coach coming into his second season with a big pedigree. This program has all the pieces to become one of the top in the area as they continue to grow and Coach Berger starts changing the perception of Thunder Ridge football. Using an offense that can really spread the field the Titans were able to put up numbers against some of the top teams in the state. It helps when you have an all conference quarterback at the helm. The senior was able to put up big numbers for his team with his legs and his arm. In the backfield the Titans has solid production from some backs who ran hard and really were able to grind out tough yards. In the offensive line is where the Titans feel like they are going to have a serious bright spot where they have some returning juniors who are going to make a name for themselves as senior. Strong up front with the ability to move really helps you score points. Defensively is where the Titans are going to make their biggest jump as they have serious players returning for them. They are going to miss some production upfront as they lose a big time senior playmaker for them but have some guy waiting in the wings ready to wreak havoc on opposing offensive lines. At linebacker they have some promising juniors who are returning to lead the defense and continue making plays all over the field. Finally in the back end is where they are going to get the biggest jump from young defenders who are only going to improve in defending the opposing teams passing game. You can see the growth in this team from one game to the next as they are constantly improving and it wont be long before we are going to hear that Thunder Ridge is going to be a team to reckon with.
