Kade Wigginton Kade Wigginton 5'11" | 160 lbs | QB GA – 2026 – QB – South Paulding
South Paulding will have some big shoes to fill as Kasen Weisman Kasen Weisman 6'2" | 180 lbs | QB South Paulding | 2023 State GA heads to Colorado. Fortunately, they have a pretty solid 2026 QB that has been waiting in the wings. Wigginton is next in line for South Paulding and has some serious upside. Wigginton might not be as dangerous with his legs as Weisman, but he is a good athlete and is able to extend plays. He has good legs, arm strength, and stands at 6’0 190, so he certainly looks the part. Has a tight and clean release and is able to put some nice spin on the ball. Looks comfortable throwing on the run and is a good decision-maker when under duress. He knows when to pull the ball and run it or when to extend plays and take a shot downfield. With some experience, Wigginton should produce at a pretty high level as a varsity QB.
Landon Walker – 2025 – QB – Alpharetta
Ben Guthrie Ben Guthrie 6'1" | 175 lbs | QB Alpharetta | 2023 State GA is headed to Georgia Tech after an elite senior season at Alpharetta. Fortunately, the Raiders have had a guy waiting in line for a couple of years. Landon Walker is expected to make a huge jump for Alpharetta as a junior, and he has the tools to pick up right where Ben Guthrie Ben Guthrie 6'1" | 175 lbs | QB Alpharetta | 2023 State GA left off. Walker is a very gifted athlete that is dangerous when the play breaks down. Can take off from the pocket and get into the second level in a hurry. He is also disciplined enough to protect his body and slide or run out of bounds. Walker is also a standout on the baseball field, carrying over some of that arm talent to football. Does an outstanding job of mixing up releases and deliveries depending on the throw. Releases his deep ball high and allows receivers to run under it and make a play. Walker might be a new name to some casual fans, but he is set to be a breakout guy in 2023 that has put in some work for years behind the scenes. In fact, Walker already has a P5 offer under his belt from Louisville.
Justin Baker Justin Baker 5'9" | 170 lbs | RB Buford | 2025 State GA – 2025 – RB – Buford
Baker sat behind one of the best RBs in GAHSFB history in Justice Haynes Justice Haynes 5'10" | 205 lbs | RB Buford | 2023 State GA . Still, he has been building his own name on the recruiting trail and is one of the best 2025 prospects in the state. In 2023, he will work towards validating some of that hype. Has a really stout and muscular 5’11 200 pound build that allows him to bounce off tacklers and fight for extra yards. Extremely elusive runner with great vision and balance as he picks through the offensive front. Once he is in the second level, he has effortless acceleration and burst which allows him to run away from the defense. Not a super shifty runner but is able to weave between tacklers and shed off defenders as he scampers toward the endzone. Add in the fact that he is a reliable pass catcher and you will find that Baker is one of the more complete backs in the 2025 class.
Nalin Scott Nalin Scott 6'2" | 180 lbs | ATH Kennesaw Mountain | 2026 State GA – 2026 – WR – Kennesaw Mountain
With Kennesaw Mountain losing several senior receivers, they will have to turn to some youngsters in that receiver room. With that being said, Nalin Scott Nalin Scott 6'2" | 180 lbs | ATH Kennesaw Mountain | 2026 State GA is the prime candidate to step up and perform for Kennesaw Mountain as a sophomore. Scott is a physical threat at WR with some versatility and still has room to grow. On film, he spends time lined up all across the field and even takes some snaps at the RB spot. He is a good and balanced runner with the ball in his hands and is not afraid to take on tacklers and fall forward for extra yards. At 6’2 185, he has a thin build with room to add some weight. Has a large catch radius right now and will only continue to get bigger from here. Scott is one of the young receivers in the state that you will know about sooner rather than later.
Tobi Adewoyin – 2025 – DB – Milton
Adewoyin found a way to work his way onto the field while playing in a loaded defensive back room at Milton. Now, he will look to be an even bigger contributor during his junior season. Adewoyin is a smaller defender that has great speed and can break on the ball with ease. He is a good tackler in space as well, which leads me to believe he projects well at safety. However, he does have good man coverage skills, especially since he has the speed to run with anybody on the field. His ability to tackle and hold his own in space for a smaller defender makes him very intriguing. As he adds some more weight and becomes more battle-tested, he will take even more steps forward as a player. I expect Adewoyin to generate some buzz on the recruiting trail over the next year.
