There was an abundance of top-level talent that I had the opportunity to evaluate. The NCO70 Showcase was hosted by Andre Purvis, who is one of the top Position Coaches in the South Atlantic Region. I am doing a review of the top offensive linemen who caught my attention during the camp.
Tyler Clark Tyler Clark 6'4" | 280 lbs | OL CE Jordan | 2024 State NC – OL, 6’3″ 280 (No. 4 OL, No. 41 Overall), CE Jordan HS. Tyler displayed good footwork and technique to control defenders while participating in the one-on-one drills. He displayed quickness and upper body strength to overpower defenders to drive them out of the play. Tyler is expected to be one of the leaders and anchor of the offensive line during the upcoming season. The recruiting interest is expected to pick up for 2024 prospect.
Divon Dabney – OL, 6’5″ 300 (No. 10 DL, No. 91 Overall), South Granville HS. Divon plays on both sides of the ball for his team. He participated as an offensive lineman during the camp. He displayed good footwork and technique while controlling defenders during the one-on-one drills. Divon has a long wingspan and is working to fine tune his technique to become a dominant force on the offensive line during the upcoming season. The recruiting interest is expected to pick up for the 2024 prospect.
JacQari Witherspoon – OL, 6’3″ 290, North Myrtle Beach HS. JacQari plays on both sides of the ball for his team. He participated as an offensive lineman during the camp. He displayed good footwork and technique to control defenders during the one-on-one drills. JacQari displayed quickness and upper body strength to overpower defenders to drive them out of the play. The recruiting interest is expected to pick up for the 2024 prospect.
Michael Koonce Michael Koonce 5'10" | 220 lbs | OL CE Jordan | 2026 State NC – OL, 5’10” 220 (No. 5 OL, No. 18 Overall), CE Jordan HS. Michael displayed good footwork and technique to control defenders during the one-on-one drills. He displayed quickness and a good solid base along with mental toughness to hold his own against much larger linemen. Michael will continue to improve his skillset during offseason training and participation in Summer Prospect Camps.
Matthew McDonald – OL, 6’4″ 275 (No. 29 OL, No. 199 Overall), CE Jordan HS. Matthew displayed good footwork and technique to control defenders during the one-on-one drills. He displayed quickness and upper body strength to drive defenders out of the play. Matthew is expected to be one of the leaders on the offensive line during the upcoming season. The recruiting interest is expected to pick up for the 2024 prospect.
