The 2024 class in the state of Arkansas is a strong one in terms of talent and the depth it contains is what is going to stand out. In this article, we are going to examine the prospects that are moving up through the 2024 Prep Redzone rankings in the state of Arkansas.
Courtney Crutchfield Courtney Crutchfield 6'3" | 185 lbs | WR Pine Bluff | 2024 State AR -Wide Receiver-Pine Bluff-6’3” 185-Pounds
The Pine Bluff wide receiver is a prospect that continues to rise up the rankings. Crutchfield is a wide receiver that does a fantastic job of stretching the field. He uses a combination of speed and smooth route running to create separation from opposing defensive backs. Over the past few weeks, Crutchfield has started to receive scholarship offers from schools such as Arkansas and Ole Miss to name a few. Look for Crutchfield to have a strong 2023 football season.

Kobe Branham Kobe Branham 6'6" | 320 lbs | OL Fort Smith Southside | 2024 State AR is a versatile offensive lineman that anchors Fort Smith Southside’s offensive line. Branham uses his strength and size well to drive opposing defensive linemen to the ground. Over the past few weeks, he is another prospect that has seen his recruiting start to blow up in terms of scholarship offers. With offers from SMU, Texas A&M, and Oklahoma State to name a few, I expect his recruiting to continue to build momentum over the next few months.

John Mark Charette John Mark Charette 6'2" | 220 lbs | ATH Pulaski Academy | 2024 State AR has impressive versatility on the offensive side of the ball. Charette is a prospect that can line up at the tight end or wide receiver positions and not lose any productivity. He is a smooth route runner that can use his athletic ability to create separation from opposing defensive backs. Charette is unselfish blocker, and he does an excellent job of clearing a path for his teammates. Arkansas-Pine Bluff coaches have already extended a scholarship offer Charette’s way. He is going to be a prospect to keep an eye on this season. Charette has the potential to light up opposing defenses this fall.

One of the most explosive players in the state of Arkansas is Gosnell’s Camron Williams Camron Williams 6'0" | 165 lbs | ATH Gosnell | 2024 State AR . Williams has impressive hands, and he is a big play threat just waiting to happen. Williams racked up over 1,100 receiving yards in 2022. Meanwhile, on the defensive side of the ball. Last season, Williams picked off eight passes on the season and was a ballhawk in the defensive secondary. Over the past few weeks, the scholarship offers have started to roll in. Williams has received scholarship offers from Missouri State, UNLV, and Arkansas-Pine Bluff to name a few.

The 2024 wide receiver group in the state of Arkansas does not have a shortage of playmakers. Joseph McVay Joseph McVay 6'3" | 165 lbs | WR Earle | 2024 State AR has tremendous athleticism. He will not be brought down on initial contact. McVay does a great job of using the athleticism to create the separation needed from opposing defensive backs. The college scouts are taking notice of McVay’s talents and Tulsa and Arkansas State have each extended scholarship offers. McVay is a prospect to watch out for over the next few months. He has the potential to see playing time on Saturdays in the future.

Farmington is a football team on the rise. Truitt Rowland Truitt Rowland 6'1" | 220 lbs | DL Farmington | 2024 State AR opened plenty of eyes with his impressive play this season. Rowland does a great job of pressuring the quarterback. Rowland uses his speed to get into the opposing offensive backfield. He is a defensive lineman that can contahs.in bot the run and passing attacks of the opponent. He is a lineman to keep an eye on over the next few months. Both Farmington and Rowland have the potential to have a strong 2023 season.

Aquavious Dunbar Aquavious Dunbar 6'3" | 215 lbs | DB Lakeside | 2024 State AR is a force on both sides of the ball in Lake Village. From the offensive side of the ball, he is a running back that has good vision and the ability to make opposing defenders miss. Meanwhile, on the defensive side of the ball he is a linebacker with excellent speed. Dunbar has received scholarship offers from Vanderbilt, Arkansas State, and Southeast Missouri State. He has the potential to have a monster season in 2023. Keep an eye on the talented Lake Village prospect.
