Ethan Biondine Ethan Biondine 6'0" | 220 lbs | LB Lakeridge | 2024 OR 6-0 210 LB 24′ (Formerly Lakeridge HS) The 3* LB made the move back to Hawaii after three impressive seasons at Lakeridge, which saw him lead the state in multiple statistical categories. His 250 tackles, 29.5 tackles for loss, and 6 sacks over the last three years speak to his success in the state’s toughest conference. Very few athletes start as a freshman in the TRL and he did so.
On paper the Pacers are loaded with one of the state’s top head coaches leading them. That said as they havent been able to put it all together, going winless in league last seaon. This transfer will hurt as Biondine could have been one of the state’s leading rushers this season as well.
Dexter Foster Dexter Foster 6'4" | 210 lbs | LB Central Catholic | 2024 State OR 6-4 210 OLB/DE 24′ Central Catholic– The 2x 1st team all PIL athlete made the move from Roosevelt to play for perennial power CC. I can’t say enough good things about Roughriders head coach Ryan McCants, but the PIL is in a world of hurt with no chance to compete at the 6A level.
Look for Foster to land multiple offers over the off season and help himself immensley, playing for a Rams team that will compete for state title, while playing one of the toughest schedules in the region.
Luke Baker Luke Baker 5'11" | 175 lbs | ATH Clackamas | 2025 State OR 5-11 180 QB 25′ Clackamas– You can’t blame Baker for making the move back to his home school of Clackamas. Cru Newman Cru Newman 6'0" | 185 lbs | QB Central Catholic | 2024 State OR is the 2x Mt Hood Player of the Year and he has a season left at QB. It would be a different story if Luke wasn’t one of the top quarterbacks in the state for his class, but he is.
It will be interesting to see what type of impact he has with the Cavs struggling in comparison to previous seasons. Losses to Barlow, Nelson, and Sandy last year put things into perspective.
Landon Kelsey Landon Kelsey 6'4" | 210 lbs | WR Central Catholic | 2025 State OR 6-4 185 WR 25′ Ridgefield/Central Catholic– The talented SW Washington athlete is said to be making the move to Central Catholic HS. In a shortened season due to injury he caught 12 passes for 168 yards and 1 TD, with 17 total tackles defensively in 3 games.
CC is already loaded, but adding the 6-4 wide out would be a key addition, especially with POY Cru Newman Cru Newman 6'0" | 185 lbs | QB Central Catholic | 2024 State OR distributing the rock.
