Today we are taking a look at the class of 2025 prospects that stood out from this thread of athletes. We will include recruits who are new names to us that are separating themselves from the pack and some familiar faces too.
Curtis is an interior athlete who make plays all over the field. Sean played TE, FB, and DE last season for the millers and made a name for himself. He has good size, quickness and strength, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s recruited as a linebacker at the next level. This past season for Milford he played majority defensive end and shows those same skills showing dominance around the line of scrimmage. He hawks down ball carriers behind and 10 yards beyond the line of scrimmage. His athleticism allows him to shoot gaps, beat offensive tackles with speed and close on the ball fast.
Highlights
Lambirth’s film is very entertaining, he takes the top off of the defense, and is an absolute deep ball threat amongst Baltimore County opponents. He shows time and time again that he can climb the ladder and snatch the ball out of the air, even when contested. After the catch he’s elusive using an effective spin move and fighting for extra yards. I had the opportunity to evaluate Lambirth in person at the IAA Winter Showcase in January where he made a name for himself out as an offensive stand out.
Jin’s talent immediately jumps off of the screen. He is productive on both sides of the ball making very explosive play well into his film. Defensively h gets off the ball quick and violently, showing off his liner power. Offensively he has that mean streak you look for in your front 7, he buries defenders even when the play is ran away from him. Jin is an eyebrow raiser, and a prospect you need to at least have on your radar. Expect Marek to draw some college attention as his film circulates, after evaluating his film his future is looking very promising, no recruiting news just yet for Jin.
Highlights
Kamarah shows the potential to be a game changer for Friendly. He’s a long strider with breakaway speed that he puts on display in the return game. He plays good man coverage and stays in phase with the receiver during press-man from the line. Although he’s on the slim side, he’s not shy to come down hill and make tackles. His pad level allows him to effectively cut down ball carries while still using his arms to wrap up. It caught my attention a second time when he came downhill on a 6’6 TE. Kamarah could be a diamond in the rough, depending on his performance in 2023.
Miles is a solid run blocking guard who throws his 300lbs around to open holes for his backfield. He gets to the second level and keeps bakers out of the play. He’s a big body when pulling during the run, in his film he mows his opponent down with ease. So far Miles holds 1 offer from UNC-Charolette.
