Foye missed a chunk of the season due to an illness but was still the leading rusher for the Eagles this season.
Santa Margarita’s offense doesn’t often showcase a running back’s skills much, but Foye showed improvement from his junior year. He looked faster than his junior year and he is a great pass blocker.

Hall is a home run hitter who loves to run outside the tackles. He also returns kicks and is capable of big plays whenever he touches the ball.
He has good speed for a shorter running back and has wiggle. My concern with Hall is the level of competition. St. Vincent de Paul was much better than most of its opponents and dominated almost all of them until the playoffs.
Nonetheless, he is the second highest-ranked running back available and you can see why. His big play ability should translate to the next level.
Hall has offers from the military academies and San Diego.
Higgs has some similarities with Clark and some differences. He likes to run in between the tackles but can bounce outside sometimes.
He runs good routes out of the backfield and has smooth hands. He runs low and can break tackles.
Higgs has offers from Bethel College and Virginia Lynchberg.
