CJ Wilkes, RB, Elmore Co
Wilkes reminds me of a Warrick Dunn style back. A smaller guy with heart. Wilkes has a lot of speed. You can see that when he breaks for long runs on his films. He continues to separate from defenders as he gains more yards. He isn’t shy when it comes to running the ball up the middle. This young man is a beast. I truly think he is a division one football player.
Elijah Hall Elijah Hall 5'11" | 190 lbs | DB Booker T Washington | 2024 State AL , Booker T Washington, DB
Hall is blazing fast. You won’t see many passes completed in his area. Quarterbacks have to be perfect when they decide to deliver the ball to his side of the field. He has the ability to disguise man coverage. I mean he can look beat, and turn the jets on to go intercept passes. He knows how to turn into a receiver on deep passes. He can do that with ease. Hall is a guy we need to keep up with. His stock is starting to rise.
Zachariah Simmons, RB, Phenix City
Simmons is a straight up beast of a running back. He is another guy who is seeing a current rise in his stock. Simmons is a hard guy to bring down. He is shifty, and he can be a power guy. He doesn’t look to run guys over all game, but he does have the strength. Simmons is going to be a great all purpose back. He is a guy that has good hands out of the backfield. He also isn’t a selfish. Simmons doesn’t mind throwing a block to protect his quarterback. Can’t wait to see him play this year.
Tevis Metcalf Tevis Metcalf 5'10" | 180 lbs | ATH Pinson Valley | 2024 State AL , DB, Pinson
Metcalf is the absolute truth. His film is very exciting to watch. This kid has all the tools to be a good defensive back. He comes from a long bloodline of great athletes. This young man knows how to attack the football. He has good hips. He reacts to plays very fast. Metcalf keeps his feet busy when changing directions. He can get around his opponents to break up passes. He is a solid tackler in open space. Metcalf has over ten offers. He definitely is a guy college coaches are familiar with.
