In this group full of upperclassmen stands one lone freshman, that being Brock Heisler Brock Heisler 6'3" | 235 lbs | DL Hempfield Area | 2026 State PA , a Hempfield Area prospect whose name will be known around the state in due time. Thankfully, I already had the chance to see him ball up close. Heisler is equally gifted a tight-end prospect, yet the freshman laced up to gain defensive line reps at our camp. He ended up being the only underclassmen linemen to earn 1st or 2nd All-Camp honors. Very impressive, should help with his stock come ranking time.
Parker Funk Parker Funk 6'1" | 230 lbs | DL Greencastle Antrim | 2024 State PA caught our DL/OL scout Carl Frederick’s eye on multiple occasions. So much so that he named him a Top Performer out of his position. The other four TP’s bested Funk out of the running for 1st-Team All-Camp by a hair. Here’s what Frederick had to say about Funk in a recent post.
“Another stud coming out of the class of 2024, Funk was very impressive on the evening. A powerful bull rusher who has a quick first step, Funk was a menace during the 1 on 1 period. Another defensive lineman who will be lined up everywhere for the Blue Devils defense, do not be surprised if he leads the conference in sacks this season.”
Connor Adams Connor Adams 6'3" | 200 lbs | DL North Penn | 2024 State PA and Blake Houser both dominated the combine session of our camp. They went neck and neck, with Houser narrowly beating Adams out for the top tester at their position. To be fair, Houser dabbles in the EDGE/OLB areas. Both Adams and Houser carry similar builds.

Tucker Lloyd Tucker Lloyd 6'2" | 205 lbs | LB Greensburg Central Catholic | 2025 State PA , a now frequent face at Prep Redzone camps, narrowly missed the top-four linebacker nomination. That being said, Tucker, a top 160 ranked prospect in his class, was the first nomination for 2nd-Team honors. I didn’t get the opportunity to see Tucker work too often, yet I love the progression I’m seeing in terms of build. That alone has left me intrigued. I have minimal doubt that the Latrobe sophomore has reached his ceiling in both maturity and build.
Dylan Callaghan-Croley made a note to mention Cyer Moyers, the second prospect on the 2nd-Team All-Camp list that is out of Maryland. Moyers was pushing close to 240 pounds and still doing what he can to keep up with much quicker and faster running backs. We can tell his game shows itself with pads on, yet for the big man to not be deterred by speed was awesome to see and hear.
I didn’t get to see Downingtown East prospect Jackson Griffiths Jackson Griffiths 5'11" | 200 lbs | LB Downingtown East | 2025 State PA perform during Indi’s and One-on-Ones, yet I was left impressed by his overall testing numbers. Could frame for a sophomore, 5’11, 185, Griffiths ran a 4.44 at the camp, topping overall top tester Gavin Pond Gavin Pond 5'11" | 200 lbs | LB Conwell Egan Catholic | 2024 State PA by a mile. His 40 time, along with his 9’4 broad jump has left me no choice but to include him in our next rankings update. Excited to see what kind of tape he has to offer.

Samir Ware Samir Ware 5'11" | 180 lbs | DB North Catholic | 2024 State PA and Jamal Van Irvin Jamal Van Irvin 5'9" | ATH Franklin Regional | 2024 PA both were in close consideration for 1st-team All-Camp honors. They fell slightly short, yet I still came away impressed by two names I’m slightly unfamiliar with. I’ve liked Samir Ware Samir Ware 5'11" | 180 lbs | DB North Catholic | 2024 State PA for some time, yet seeing him move up close has me thinking he’s a bit better than his rank suggests. Van Irvin was a completely new name on my radar. I’m excited to get him represented after plugging in any game tape he might have. His play at the event earned him a deeper look.
Collin McGee Collin McGee 6'2" | 205 lbs | DB North Schuylkill | 2024 State PA and Dimitri Toman Dimitri Toman 6'2" | 165 lbs | DB Perkiomen Valley | 2025 State PA were pleasures to watch during Indi’s. Both were so smooth for bigger defensive backs. Both listed at 6’1 or above before the camp began. Toman and McGee are better football players than they are campers, I knew that going in. They still managed to please coaches as well as myself from a build perspective. Toman ran a 4.78 40, not a bad time for a first-time tester who is narrowly short of 6’2. Collin McGee Collin McGee 6'2" | 205 lbs | DB North Schuylkill | 2024 State PA recorded a 9’9 broad jump twice, as well as a 4.71 40 time. Toman and McGee solidified their stock.
