Austin Hopoate: OL || 6’0 || 250lbs || Juab HS || C/O 2024
Hopoate returns as a three year starter for the Wasp and a contributor to the success of senior Quarterback Alex Jackson. Although they came short of a State Title, He will anchor an offensive line that plans to make it back next season. He’s a tough physical player with good bend and balance in his stance. Shows good explosion as a run blocker with strength and leg drive. Good mobility to pull and trap block. Sets base and sustains feet as a pass blocker. Sustains and finishes blocks from snap to whistle.
Cooper McGiven: OL || 6’1 || 250lbs || Morgan HS || C/O 2024
McGiven returns as a three year starter and a State Champion. The Trojans will rely on his experience to lead their offensive line back to the State Championship game. His physical play allows him to be a mauler in the trenches with good explosion, leg drive, hip roll and brings his feet to drive defenders off the ball. He’ll be someone to watch on the LOS next season.
Braxton Henningson Braxton Henningson 6'0" | 260 lbs | DL Manti | 2024 UT : OL,DL || 5’11 || 265lbs || Manti HS || C/O 2024
Henningson returns as one of the best two way lineman in the 3A Class. The Templars will need his services on the LOS if they plan on making a deep playoff push next season. His physical play allows him to drive defenders off the ball and be a stout defender on defense holding double teams. Also plays some special teams as well, so be sure look for Henningson when the Templars take the field.
Nathan Young: DL,OL || 6’5 || 270lbs || Richfield HS || C/O 2024
Young is a two way starter for the Wildcats and looks to be one of their top players on the field next season. On defense he plays with good bend and burst in his stance and shows good strength at the POA to control and shed blocks to make the tackle at the LOS. On offense, he shows good explosion as a run blocker and in line blocking being able to trap block from the tackle position. Look for Young to put a performance in the 3A Class.

Marc Richardson: DL || 5’9 || 225lbs || Canyon View HS || C/O 2024
Richardson returns as one of top leaders in sacks in the 3A Class with 15 last season. Shows good initial quickness to read and react at the LOS. Good use of hands as a pass rusher making quick contact and close in on the QB. Good lateral pursuit to chase down ball carrier for short gains. A disruptive nose guard looking to make an impact at the LOS again next season.
