Jack Nelson
Jack Nelson
Nelson has one of the most pure throwing motions we have seen on tape. Small in stature but makes up for it by standing tall in the pocket with pinpoint accuracy. Has a super quick release that allows him to get the football out before the blitz and also leads to a lot of yards after the catch for his receivers. It takes a certain level of skill to turn your receivers into runners with every throw and Nelson is not short of that skill. Has a natural feel in the pocket as he doesnt let the noise around him bother him in the slightest. Has the ability to use his legs as a real weapon and shows toughness through contact. Athletic enough that he even plays on the defensive side of the ball at times. As he continues to grow in the position he could really have a breakout senior year and burst onto the scene. Shows the ability to compete at the NAIA, D3 and D2 levels right now and should be on college coaches radars.
Carson Harris
Carson Harris
Harris is a bruiser by definition designed to get the tough yards for the Diggers in their version of the Wing-T offense. Used in quick hitting trap and belly plays Harris has quick explosion to the line of scrimmage with the ability to break off real chunk runs. Constantly falling forward is a skill not many running backs possess but Harris always seems to fall forward for extra yards. His good forward lean and strong lower half allow him to carry defenders while absorbing contact. Shows the ability to catch out of the backfield and really sticks his foot in the ground getting North and South in a hurry. Is not afraid of contact as he will be a lead blocker and has no problem setting the tone against defenders. Should really be a focal point for the Diggers in this upcoming season. Shows the ability to compete at the NAIA, D3 and D2 levels right now and should be on college coaches radars.

Chavez is a big back coming in at around 200 lbs and uses that size to his advantage. He is really a battering ram who can flat out bully defenders in the run game. Throughout his film it is evident that it will take more that one guy to get him down. Seeks out contact rather than runs away from it and is not afraid to lower his shoulder against anyone. Has good vision that allows him to set up blockers and defenders with a solid burst into the second level. Not a burner yet but shows signs that he could really take the next step and be a really threat on the edge of the defense. Has a devastating stiff arm that keeps defenders off his legs and allows him to pick up extra yards. A downhill runner that can really make people wish they never stood in front of him. Shows the ability to compete at the NAIA, D3 and D2 levels right now and should be on college coaches radars.
Max Frank
Max Frank
Frank is dynamic plain and simple it seems like everytime he touches the football it’s going to go the distance. A really threat on the outside as a home runner hitter Frank has the ability to take the top off the defense or explode on a tunnel screen. Strong and built in his lower half Frank is hard to take down with just one defender and has the speed to run away from everyone. Really soft hands that allows him to pluck the football out of the air and shows the ability to track the football as it comes out of the sky. A top athlete that shows great burst in and out of his breaks while the knowledge of releases against man to man coverage. Can even line up in the backfield and carry the football if he is asked to do so. A willing blocker on the edge that has no problem with pancaking cornerbacks or safeties. A prospect that is flying under the radar at the moment but I would not be surprised to hear his name come up over the next few months. Shows the ability to compete at the NAIA, D3, D2, and FCS levels right now and should be on college coaches radars.
