Continue ReadingWe’ve witnessed Willis do it all over the past 2 years, offense and defense, championship after championship. This DB prospect is real deal fast and has very polished technique. He leads his district in the 100-meter dash and is the most feared athlete on the gridiron in western Maryland.
Highlights
Garrett has the DB measurables that any program would drool over, 6’3 190+lbs and can ball. Garrett uses his size to his advantage getting his long arm between the hands of receivers. Garrett stays locked in on his assignment, a few times in his film he caused turnovers during extended plays that would typically end with a broken coverage. Garrett has been playing at the highest level in the nation all 4 years at St. Frances, this DB will most likely step on campus ready to roll.

Wimberly has the track record of a true champion for the 2023 season. Wimberly is a really good backer that does hold a few offers, but recruiting has been quiet recently. He has great size and does everything asked of a linebacker in today’s game. He can deliver explosive hits, successfully covers the pass, makes the offense pay with defensive return yards, and is dominant between the tackles. He’s aggressive through blocks and puts on a clinic for open field tackling.
Highlights
Murray is a sideline-to-sideline backer, as in he’s going to chase the run sideline-to-sideline all game long. He has the speed to meet the ball carrier at the edge of the defense right before they bend that corner. When Murray shoots to the perimeter at full speed you better believe he’s bringing that built up power with him behind his hits. Murray would be the right fit for a defense who needs a run stopping backer.

Elijah shows a lot in his film, he’s a player I’d want on my team. He shows strength, technique, awareness, and athleticism. The play that stood out to me was him feeling a screen and turning to follow the play, he ended up i the perfect spot to make the play. So far, he has offers from a few power 5 schools such as Maryland and West Virginia, and a handful of D1 offers. Keep a close eye on Yarbrough’s recruiting status over the next few days.
Highlights
Edwards was named Southern Maryland Player of the Year and you can clearly see why. We watched Jalon go from playing defensive end and making big plays along the line of scrimmage to being a dominant linebacker imposing his will on offenses. He brings his strength and power from the wrestling mat to the field; defenders rarely get away when he gets his hands on them.
