Dalante Jacobs
A dynamic shifty running back who knows how to follow his blocks and hit the right gap. Every time the 5’7 150 pounder touches the ball that is what you see. Jacobs rushed for 13 touchdowns last season for the Hawks averaging nearly 6 yards per carry. He also packs a punch and is not easy to bring down, squatting over 300 lbs. routinely will certainly do that for you. http://www.hudl.com/v/2JsAGc
Kenny Christopher
Kenny Christopher
A 6’3 defensive back who has great ball skills and is an expert and high pointing the football. One of the league leaders in Interceptions last season, Christopher has the ideal size and speed to compete at the next level. Weighing in at 165 lbs. the rising junior is light on his feet and knows to come up and make a tackle. http://www.hudl.com/v/2JsJeK
Anthony Thompson
Anthony Thompson
The honorable mention all-conference selection returns for the Majors defensively. Thompson is 6’1 195 lbs. and he plays heavier than he is meaning that offensive lineman struggle with his strength and speed blocking wise. Watching his tape, you can see this is a very intelligent football player who plays with his head on a swivel and his should pads down. Expect the Majors to line him up on the line of scrimmage and in coverage as he has the wheels to track down playmakers too.
Keivon Bellfield
Keivon Bellfield
A quick dynamic wideout who excels in the yards after the catch department. Belfield is listed at 5’8 145 lbs. and he is one of the best slot receivers in the conference. Possessing those traits for the Majors this season look for Bellfield to have a higher number of targets and contributing as a returner also. http://www.hudl.com/v/2JpcN9
Edu Sanchez
Edu Sanchez
A fierce middle linebacker that is full of energy, he is the type of player the Jaguars defense can build around. A second team all district selection last season, Sanchez accounted for 108 tackles with 17 tackles for losses. Standing at 5’10 185 lbs. the young man is a combination of power, speed, and heart, look for more of that from him for 2023. http://www.hudl.com/v/2JudEn
Moustaffa Ouattarra
Moustaffa Ouattarra
On one side of the field is Sanchez’s teammate Ouattara who possesses track speed that he converts into football. Ouattara is a menace when he rushes the quarterback accounted for 5.5 sacks last season. Standing at 5’11 165 lbs. he has been clocked in at 4.35 40 and tallied 56 tackles himself. http://www.hudl.com/video/3/17711938/636978e41600f600808251e0
Thyrese Ofosu
Thyrese Ofosu
A 6’2 180 lb. receiver who runs like a deer, that’s what I see when I watch Ofosu play. The Atoms wideout possessing a quick burst off the line of scrimmage and can high point any throw in his direction. Ofosu also excels as a kick returner, making him an even bigger attraction to college scouts. He also treats his defensive back position like he is still a wideout which if you remember the future hall of famer Richard Sherman got started that way too. http://www.hudl.com/v/2Jhb4n
Aiden Peterson
Aiden Peterson
Stout and a high football intelligence is what pops out most in my opinion on this young man. Playing both linebacker and defensive end for the Atoms Peterson also recorded two block punts and 6 sacks, although watching his tape I saw a few more. The 6’0 180 lb. rising junior can also move well off the edge and has been clocked in at 4.9 40. If his sack numbers do not reach double digits for his senior campaign I would be stunned, this kid has all the tools. http://www.hudl.com/video/3/13298805/635deddc3deaa50aecf9ed70
