Class of 2024
Trey Hedden | QB | Tampa Catholic | @treyhedden3
6’3, 205-pounds
One of the most promising and accurate quarterbacks throughout the camp. Passes the eye test with adequate size at a true 6’3 height. A hidden gem with another year to add additional weight to his frame. Developed mechanics and throwing motion. Didn’t hold on to the ball for too long and flashed a couple of intermediate throws. Hedden is somebody we will be paying attention to during the offseason.
A’marion “AJ” Cason | RB | Santa Fe Catholic | @begreat_Cason
5’7, 160-pounds
The MVP for the wide receivers, Cason was an outstanding prospect that made a name for himself on Sunday. Cason was the first one to take reps without questions when coaches asked for extra defensive back help. Quickness and speed are what define his game. Gadget piece because of his size but can be used in the backfield or inside slot position. Cason has good speed and finesse that makes him a versatile impact on the field.
Joseph Tenta Joseph Tenta 6'0" | 195 lbs | QB Heritage | 2024 FL | QB | Heritage | @joe_tenta6
6’0, 189-pounds
A confident quarterback that displayed his leadership skills and got better as the camp went on. Tenta had one of the better and natural throwing motions in the group. He completed most of his route on-air looks and wasn’t afraid of the moment when it presented itself. I was impressed because he was able to complete every throw on the route tree. Threw for an effective 678 yards with 6 touchdowns and 289 rushing yards to add.
Taylor Faalele | DL | IMG Academy | @TaylorFaalele
6’2, 325-pounds
The brother of former Minnesota Gopher and current Baltimore Raven, Daniel Faalele. Taylor has a developed frame and understands how to use active hands with flexiibilty to gain leverage. Displayed a good first step and quickness during 1v1 sessions. Faalele has the offseason and another football season to get stronger and develop his technique. The trench monster can likely play nose guard or 3-tech because of his strength and agility.
Juan Gainos | QB | Olympia | @JuanGainous5
6’3, 215-pounds
Gainous has a gunslinger of an arm along with a good size and frame and time to add additional weight. His footwork mechanics was impressive including his arm strength. Has the physical traits and right attitude to excel at the position. The rising quarterback prospect threw for 1,575 yards and 23 touchdown passes for Olympia.
Allan Cadet-Ford Allan Cadet-Ford 5'11" Winter Haven | 2024 FL | DB | Winter Haven | @AllanCadetFord
5’11, 160-pounds
After watching some of the post-camp film, I had Cadet-Ford listed as one of the more impressive defensive backs out of the limited pool that participated. Displayed good instincts and technique during the 1v1 sessions. Had more than one pass breakups and did well against some of the bigger receivers.
Payton dykas Payton dykas 5'11" | 165 lbs | WR Clay | 2024 FL | WR | Clay | @paytondykas2
5’11, 160-pounds
Dykas had a solid overall performance on Sunday. He was really quick in his release and had good route-running skills. He was able to beat a few defensive backs with crisp routes but had trouble finishing the catch earlier in the showcase. Dykas got better as the camp progressed which earned his name on the list. Dykas recorded 1,001 yards with 14 touchdowns while averaging 100 yards per game during his junior season. His progression will be something to keep an eye on.
Ryan daly | DT | Venice | @RyanDaly83
6’2, 270-pounds
Daly was very physical throughout the camp and was one of the stronger defesnvie lineman featured in the camp. Daly displayed incredible strength, good hand work and an explosive first step to win some reps during his 1v1. I’d be shocked if the Venice prospect doesn’t earn an offer during the offseason.
Jackson Ashford | DL | IMG Academy | @ashford_jackson
6’2, 240-pounds
Ashford has really long arms paired with an explosinvess about his game that makes him an interesting prospect. Had very good meassurables with a 80-inch wingspans. Ashford impressed with a quick first step and sound technique.
