Eisenhower High School Ryan Niblett Ryan Niblett 5'10" | 170 lbs | WR Aldine Eisenhower | 2023 State TX WR, QB Sr 5’10 170 lbs
Ryan Niblett Ryan Niblett 5'10" | 170 lbs | WR Aldine Eisenhower | 2023 State TX is a blistering fast athlete and can play any skilled position on the offensive side of the ball. It doesn’t matter what position Ryan was playing when he was the ball carrier he was an extreme threat. Ryan zoomed past the competition and there was no catching up to him. Ryan was able to transition to the defense as a free safety making big tackles and intercepting passes for a pick-six. Ryan shines at Eisenhower a school not well known for being strong or competitive to become one of the best wide receivers in the country. Ryan was selected for The All-American game in San Antonio, Texas.

Langham Creek Jaquaize Pettaway Jaquaize Pettaway 5'11" | 170 lbs | WR Langham Creek | 2023 State TX WR Sr 5’11 170 lbs
Jaquaize Pettaway Jaquaize Pettaway 5'11" | 170 lbs | WR Langham Creek | 2023 State TX is one of the fastest high school football players in Texas and the fastest in Houston. Langham Creek isn’t one of the most competitive schools in Houston, but Jaquize’s talents shined so bright that many college and football camps noticed him. Jaquaize couldn’t be touched no one he played against could match his speed. Jaquaize strongest trait was running with the ball wide and hugging the out-of-bound line and going to the end zone. Jaquaize was even selected to play in The Under-Armour All-American game in Orlando, Florida. Jaquize had a stellar high school football career and will accomplish amazing feats at The University of Oklahoma next season.

Cypress Ranch Mustangs Jarred Sample Jarred Sample 6'0" | 170 lbs | WR Cypress Ranch | 2023 State TX Sr 5’10 170 lbs
Akin to a typical wide receiver Jarred Sample Jarred Sample 6'0" | 170 lbs | WR Cypress Ranch | 2023 State TX ‘s specialty was his tremendous speed. Defensive backs & safeties couldn’t stop or cover Jared at all. Letting Jarred run down the field and being completely open for passes was the worst outcome for defenses. Even if defensive backs out towered Jarred his vertical jump allowed him to catch high passes over the defenders. The University of Kansas is lucky to have Jarred on its roster for the next 4 years.

Westfield Mustangs DaJohn Palomo Sr 5’10 175 lbs
Dajohn Palomo is incredibly fast always getting around his defenders and getting open for passes. Dajohn’s standout traits were his fortitude and tenacity to get catch passes and reach the endzone. Westfield high school has one of the best offenses in Texas and for DaJohn to be their top wide receiver is a major accomplishment. DaJohn throughout his senior season has made a big name for himself becoming a top college prospect. DaJohn hasn’t committed to any college yet, but the offers keep piling up for him every day. Wherever DaJohn goes to college will be a great athlete on their roster.

Woodlands Highlanders Quanell Farrakhan Jr WR So 6’2 180 lbs
Quanell Farrakhan Jr has the #0 for a reason the man is a straight dog. Quanell is only a sophomore he is one of the fastest and quickest wide receivers I have seen in a while. Because of this Quanell overwhelmed any cornerback that lined up in front of him, they were not able to keep up with Quanell’s speed. Quanell also was a punt returner and managed to score one touchdown by returning a punt for 60 yards. Quanell is the only athlete on this list who isn’t a senior I can’t wait to see his improvement in the next two years of his high school football career.
