Bryan Reyes Bryan Reyes 6’1″ | 185 lbs | ATH Newtown | 2024 State NewE is 6’1″ 180lbs from Newtown High School in Connecticut. Reyes is positioned as a defensive back and wide receiver for his team. Athletic numbers are as follows: Bench: 225, Squat (lbs): 315, and Clean (lbs):245. In 2022 season play, he had 6 receptions for 49 receiving yards on offense. On defense, he had 6 total tackles. Only 3 pass receptions allowed at defensive back.rnReyes has playmaking abilities. His film shows many defensive back clips and rightfully so. He has the skills to play the position at the next level and play it well. He has good quickness and comes up for run support when needed. His man to man press man coverage his solid. He has good balance, quick change of direction, and acceleration out of cuts. Plays with passion and effort. Tackles with strength and strikes through the body. His field awareness is of high quality and he easily and quickly reacts to pass or run. He has obvious skills to play at the next level, and may need to confirm athletic numbers at a summer college camp in 2023 to elevate his interest.
John Haddick John Haddick 5’11” | 220 lbs | ATH Newtown (CT) | 2024 State NewE is 5’11” 210lbs and attends Newtown High School in Connecticut. Haddick is a Captain of his team. He is also a running back and linebacker for his team. On offense this season, he had 16 pancakes blocks. He totaled 287 rushing yards, 213 receiving yards for a total of 500 yards, and 5 touchdowns. On defense, he had 30 solo tackles 40 assisted tackles for a total of 70 tackles. 7.5 tackle for losses, 2.5 sacks, 7 hurries, and 2 fumble recoveries with 1 being caused. His season play earned him 2nd team All SWC Conference honors.rnOn offense, he has superior blocking skills and was used as a lead blocker many times. He uses good leverage with his strength to knock defenders back on impact. He has reliable hands and can be a threat in the passing game. He keeps his shoulders square at line of scrimmage when running inside iso. He runs downhill with power and has open field vision to see running lanes. On defense, he is solid with physical play and aggression. Reacts well to run or pass. Tackles with good strength.

Josh Morant Josh Morant 6’1″ | 180 lbs | QB Needham | 2024 State NewE is 6’1″ 175lbs and attends Needham High School is Massachusetts. Morant is the quarterback for his team and also did some long snapping. He also participates in Lacrosse for his High School. He has an academic record 3.7uw GPA. rnHas good pocket awareness. Shows command presence. He knows when to step up in the pocket to avoid pressure. He can make accurate throws while being rushed. He can escape the pocket and makes accurate throws on the run. He can change arm angles to make difficult throws on the run. He has good body control and footwork before throwing the ball. He sets his feet and gets his full arm strength in his throws.

Matthew Collins Matthew Collins 5’11” | 190 lbs | LB South Weymouth | 2024 NewE Jr. is 6’1″ 215lbs who attends Boston College High School in Massachusetts. Collins played outside linebacker for his team. He is a 3x Varsity Captain. He has an academic 3.6 GPA. He has a strong work ethic to get better. We reached out to his trainer for his observations as an athlete. His trainer told us this, “He is a very hard worker, strong and explosive in the gym. He loves football and training and he will do whatever it takes to improve. Not many kids have his consistency and work ethic!”
Has strength to fight off blocks and keep the edge. He pursues well taking good angles while shedding is blocks to get to the ball carrier. Lateral movement is seen on film being a little stiff, but he has good field vision and reacts to pass or run situations.
Highlights
Holden Brown Holden Brown 6’2″ | 200 lbs | QB St. Luke’s School | 2024 State NewE is 6’2″ 200lbs and attends St Luke’s School in New Canaan, Ct. “Brown” is the quarterback for his team. His 2022 season play earned him his teams SLS Offensive Player of the Year and All Evergreen League Honorable Mention honors. He recently was selected as a captain of his 2023 team showing his desire and character to be a leader.
He shows good arm strength. He can escape pocket and make plays with feet or arm. Body size, frame and growth potential are good. He throws a nice tight ball with good accuracy. Has proficient ability to throw to receivers open and execute the back shoulder throw. He can make the college level throws like posts, digs at 10-12 yards, comebacks at 10-12 yards, and 10-15 yard outs. Appears to have good command presence in the pocket. Can release quickly when needed.
