One of the top 2026 running backs in the country, Walton was just about unstoppable last season as a freshman in West Georgia. He ran through defenders with ease and showed natural tackle-breaking ability along the way. Not only does he shed tackles and pick up plenty of yards after contact, but he has easy D1 speed and the ability to out-run defenders when given any amount of space. He shows great vision, burst, and had good size for his age at 5-foot-9 and 190-pounds. He was tough to stop all season long, rushing for over 100 yards in eight games and going over the 200-yard mark twice. After a dominant season, Walton has seen his recruitment take off with a new offer from Alabama. After what he did in 2022, it’s safe to say Walton should be towards the top of the running back rankings across the country in the 2022 class. In total, Walton rushed 187 times last year for 1,644 yards and 20 touchdowns in a crazy productive freshman season.

He has easy D1 size and athleticism at 6-foot-3 225-pounds and knows how to make big plays in the backfield. Whether he’s chasing down the ball-carrier or getting after the quarterback, Smith was always there to make a big play. He moves well, closes quickly, and leaves a bruise when he gets there. He’s one of the top overall linebackers in the area and he recently earned a major offer from the mighty Alabama Crimson Tide.
