More 2024 Defensive Players to Know This Off-season

This whole class is loaded with players who know how to handle their business. We have been fortunate enough to cover a lot of the great talent. This young man knows how to fill a hole. He loves to step up and make big plays. He's like a firecracker for this defense. Allen gets their defense going. He has nice size standing about 6-0 220. He is a great linebacker. I think that he has a chance to be a G5 player. He also can cover. His film is a good one to watch.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2>Ja'Vontae Mosley, DB, Calloway</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Mosley is a tall lanky prospect that knows how to handle himself in the secondary. He does a great job in zone coverage. I think that playing safety on the next level is his best option. He is an aggressive player who loves contact. He needs to work on getting his hips more fluent to play corner. I think be can be a good free safety. He has the IQ to be able to lead a secondary. Kid can really do his thing. I also think he needs to work on his speed. He has great skills. He definitely needs to hit a lot of camps this off-season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2><strong>Amarrien Bailey, LB, Terry</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Bailey is a guy that gets after it on defense. When you watch his film you can notice how hard he tries to get to the football. He isn't a nice person when he finds the football. Bailey always makes a big hit. You can count on him to fill a hole when he plays defense. Bailey is a stud that can compete with anyone. He is a guy that has that kind of heart. I think that his speed needs to be exceptional. He isn't the tallest guy so he needs to make up for it with great speed. Wherever he goes to college, the coaching staff will be proud. He can do it all playing linebacker. He can cover very well. Segrest also is great with run support. He is a guy that I think college coaches need to tap in with. He has good fluent hips in zone coverage. Segrest also has good size standing about 6-1 220. He is one of the guys flying under the radar. You are going to want to keep your ears open for this young man. Kid has a bright future.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
