A natural/pure football player that can be a game changer at multiple positions on both sides of the ball. At 6’1” 205 lbs. he’s got a good combination of speed and power as a ball carrier and linebacker. He presses the line quickly running with balance and agility through the first level and then flashes good acceleration and burst once in space. Great contact balance at the POA to break tackles and maintain his forward momentum. As a senior, he racked up over 1,100 total scrimmage yards and 26 touchdowns in addition to 40 tackles on defense. Recruitment took off in the 2022 offseason that saw him pull in 10 D1 offers before signing with Washington State on early signing day.
Ronquillo made the play of the year when he stripped the ball from an Eastside Catholic defender on an interception and returned it for the go ahead touchdown with just under a minute left in the state championship game. He’s a pure football player with a wide skillset that can transition well to either side of the ball at the college level. An instinctual player with great awareness in addition to his savvy athleticism and good game speed. He flashes excellent body control and ball skills at both WR and DB with the ability to make tough contested catches in traffic and create positioning to attack the ball at the high point. High football IQ and is an explosive play waiting to happen no matter where he lines up. Currently committed but unsigned to Portland State over an offer from Central Washington and a PWO to Oregon.
The Nevada early signee possesses a well-rounded skillset with a great combination of speed, quickness, and instincts at both RB and DB. As a RB, he has the ability to be a three down work horse back that can attack the defense in a variety of ways using his strong downhill running style between the tackles or his plus short area burst to turn the corner to the outside. Does a great job making the first guy miss at the LOS making quick and explosive lateral cuts around defenders then using his vision to find space in the open field. Flashes a strong and sustained second gear with the top end speed to finish off long gains in the endzone. Also shows natural hands and pass catching ability out of the backfield. Nevada was the first to offer Noah last March and collected two more D1 offers from Army and Montana State.
