from Van Buren and Junior quarterback McClane Moody from Fort Smith Northside.
McClane Moody is a 6’5, 182 pound Sophomore dual threat quarterback from Fort Smith Northside with 4.6 speed in the 40 yard dash and a vertical of 33 inches. He has a 3.5 GPA. Having only played 4 games this past season due to playing behind senior quarterback

. Next season is going to be the year to prove himself as the talented quarterback that he is.
McClane has camped this past summer at a Team Camp at the University of Arkansas and the University of Alabama. He is unsure at this time which camps he will attend next summer. His personal goals are to be the best that he can be and to help his other teammates to succeed. McClanes’ strengths are his accuracy throwing the football, his speed, his Football IQ, arm strength and playing to his opponents disadvantage.
What separates him from other quarterbacks in the state is his height and arm strength to be able to throw the football 75 yards down the field. McClane feels that he has leadership qualities. He also plays baseball where as a sophomore he has committed to play for the University of Arkansas which currently is the number one recuiting class in the country for 2025.
McClane plays pitcher and first base. He consistently throws 94 miles per hour but has a goal to get it up to 96 miles per hour. McClane is keeping his options open to possibly playing both sports. I feel that he will succeed in whichever sport he plays to make it to the next level and possibly beyond.

as they grew up playing football together. Bryce also plays Basketball for Van Buren. I feel that Bryce has the determination and talent to only keep getting better to go to the next level. In the latest rankings of Prep Red Zone in the Class of 2024 released recently Bryce is Ranked the Number 11 player in the Class of 2024 overall in the State of Arkansas and the Number 3 Quarterback in the State of Arkansas.
