Will Launoa || OL || 6’1 || 320 || Skyridge High School || 2023
The Falcons were crowned 2022 state champions in large part due to their dominate offensive line. Launoa is one of the units key cogs that helped the team win 13 games. He’s plays with exceptional strength as he drives defensive linemen back snap after snap. Launoa works great with his teammates for double teams and knows when to come off and take linebackers. In addition he’s an elite athlete who slides his feet in pass protection to pick up blitzes with no problems.
Mitch Neilson || TE || 6’1 || 210 || Farmington High School || 2023
Neilson was a game changer for the Phoenix offense. He makes things happen in the slot or on the outside. Neilson is an elite route runner who does a great job setting up defenders to make it look like he’s going to go in one direction and then will cut and go and go the opposite way. He’s tough over the middle of the field and holds onto catches despite hard hits. Neilson can also mix it up in the run game and was an integral part in Farmington’s success.
Nic Stefferi || QB || 6’2 || 195 || Pleasant Grove High Scholl || 2023
Stefferi was sensational for the Vikings all season. He throws a beautiful ball and has a cannon of an arm. Stefferi has impressive accuracy and makes things happen when his team needs him. In addition, his ball placement is elite and he gets great air under each deep shot he takes. Stefferi delivers on target throws at each level of the field and tight windows never phase him. He has a great understanding of how to beat any coverage defense throw at him and can make things happen if no receiver breaks open.
Tate Walker Tate Walker 5'9" | 170 lbs | RB Skyridge | 2023 State UT || RB || 5’9 || 170 || Skyridge High School || 2023
Walker produced for the Falcons all season. He runs just as hard in the fourth quarter as he did in the first. Walker has outstanding vision and knows just when to bounce runs to the outside or cut them back in. He has elite speed that allows him to beat defenders to the edge or bust through holes for big gains. Walker is great in the screen game where he breaks tackle after tackle. In addition he can run good routes out of backfield or stay in to protect the pocket.
